Indigo Mental Wellness in Grief

Indigo Mental Wellness in Grief

Coping Steps in the Grieving Process

GRIEF IS UNIVERSAL - YET GRIEVERS ARE DISTINCTIVE.
Grieving follows a pattern, but each griever experiences it differently. Awareness of the basic pattern reveals common ground for mutual help and support. Recognition of each griever's uniqueness empowers grievers to help themselves and guides sympathizers in what to say and do.

THE FIVE COPING STAGES OF TRAUMA ARE:

SHOCK/ DENIAL
ANGER/ GUILT
BARGAINING
DEPRESSION
ACCEPTANCE

There are many configurations, depending upon circumstances

Wikipedia

The model was introduced by Swiss-American psychiatrist Elisabeth Kübler-Ross in her 1969 book On Death and Dying, and was inspired by her work with terminally ill patients.[3] Motivated by the lack of instruction in medical schools on the subject of death and dying, Kübler-Ross examined death and those faced with it at the University of Chicago's medical school. Kübler-Ross's project evolved into a series of seminars which, along with patient interviews and previous research, became the foundation for her book.[4] Although Kübler-Ross is commonly credited with creating stage models, earlier bereavement theorists and clinicians such as Erich LindemannCollin Murray Parkes, and John Bowlby used similar models of stages of phases as early as the 1940s.[5]

Later in her life, Kübler-Ross noted that the stages are not a linear and predictable progression and that she regretted writing them in a way that was misunderstood.[6] "Kübler-Ross originally saw these stages as reflecting how people cope with illness and dying," observed grief researcher Kenneth J. Doka, "not as reflections of how people grieve."[7]

These stages have been applied in many other cases of loss or traumatic change, victimization, like, the onslaught of the media in displaying Rape, Molestation, Lynching, Captivity, Police Brutality, robbery, injustice, bankruptcy, divorce, and even in national losses in the death of famous people, pestilence, Natural disasters, Civil Unrest/War, and Economic Depression/Recession, etc..

I am writing this in solution to the onslaught and gauntlet of trauma and the witness of trauma, police brutality, blatant systemic Racism, Micro-Aggression, and misogyny, toward Melanin Indigo Peoples.

RECOVERY FROM A LOVED ONE'S DEATH REQUIRES MORE THAN TIME. Yet, as we allow ourselves the time to mourn we can gradually break grief's grip on us. Recognizing the role and value of the grieving process orients us to accept the fact of death. Acceptance marks a major step toward recovery.

SHOCK INITIATES US INTO MOURNING.
We go numb when someone we love dies. We feel stunned, in a trance. This is nature's way of cushioning us against tragedy. The length and depth of this state varies according to our relationship, the cause of death or tragedy, whether it was sudden or expected, etc. Shock allows us time to absorb what has happened and to begin to adjust. The guidance of caring people can sustain new grievers. As the numbness wears off and acceptance grows, we regain control of the direction of our lives. Shock is a real health challenge. People must not be left alone in as much as possible. Shock is a stress. Our bodies release cortisol and adrenaline, So, body functions can go haywire, which can lead to not only depression and suicide, but to mood swings, high blood pressure, stroke, and heart attack, etc..

We must remember that we have our own Afrikan spirituality to relegate our mental health. We acknowledge that no one ever dies. Energy cannot be created or destroyed. We venerate our Ancestors and connect with all life force energy. It is normal to see the face of your loved one in a crowd, or in the distant. It is acceptable to keep the energy of your loved one around you in their clothing, favorite jewelry Shoes sweaters etc.

5 LEADING CAUSES OF DEATH

It is vital to build our immune system. We must look to controlling what we put into our mouths, and regulate through stress.
The 5 leading causes of death Nationally in population, for Indigo People, does not include homicide. The leading causes of death, are diet and stress-related. These are:
Heart Attack,
Stroke,
High Blood Pressure,
Diabetes, and
Cancers.

Many of us are being loved to death, in the foods that we prepare for our loved ones. High levels of salt and sugar, high fructose corn syrup, highly processed wheat, white rice, dairy, pork, and fatty portions of red meat are mitigating the symptoms of terminal diseases. Often time the very foods that are served at the funeral repast are the most terminally toxic foods that put their loved one in the grave. Eating more fresh raw vegetables and fruits, and growing our own foods, free of pesticides and artificial growth hormones are pinnacle.

We must regulate our own clean Air, Clean Water, Fresh Clean Foods, Land, Energy, Transportation, etc..
GRIEF IS HAZARDOUS TO OUR HEALTH.
The mental and emotional upset of a loss by death causes physical distress and vulnerability to illness due to a lowered immune system. Grievers sometimes neglect healthy nourishment and exercise, overindulge in drinking, smoking, or medication. We might need a doctor's advice in regard to our symptoms, their causes, and their treatment.

GRIEVERS NEED TO KNOW THEY'RE NORMAL.
The death of a loved one makes the future very uncertain. We might panic in the face of the unknown and fear life without the one who died. Panic prevents concentration and defers acceptance of the finality of death. It tempts us to run from life, to avoid people, and to refuse to try new things. We might even think we're going crazy. Patience with ourselves and a willingness to accept help enable us to subdue panic and outgrow its confusion.

GRIEVERS SUFFER GUILT FEELINGS.
Many blame themselves after a loved one's death, for the death itself, or for faults in the relationship. We have all made mistakes and sincere regret is the best response to them. Self-blame can move out of proportion to our behavior and affects mental health and recovery. Close friends or a trusted counselor can aid us in confronting and dealing with guilt feelings, whether justified or exaggerated.

GRIEF MAKES PEOPLE ANGRY.
People in grief naturally ask "Why?" Why him? Why me? Why now? Why like this? Most of these questions have no answers. Frustration then causes us to feel resentment and anger. We want someone to blame: God, doctors, clergy, ourselves, even the one who died. If we can accept the lack of answers to "Why?" we might begin to ask, instead, what can we do now to grow through what has happened. Then we have started to move beyond anger and towards hope.

EMOTIONAL UPSEARGE CHARACTERIZES GRIEVERS.
A loved one's death disrupts the emotional balance. The variety and intensity of feelings can be overwhelming. Other grievers and counselors can help us interpret and deal with these feelings. As we come to understand what we experience, we can find appropriate ways to release our emotions and channel them constructively.

GRIEVERS OFTEN LACK DIRECTION AND PURPOSE.
At times in the grieving process, a kind of drifting occurs. Mourners find familiar and necessary activities difficult. We prefer to daydream about what was or fantasize about what might have been. If we can foster gratitude for the past and begin to assess our potential for the future, this will prove a passing phase, not a permanent state. We often think that the process of grief is set and controllable, yet many ways there are continual spirals. Just as we know that our Ancestors never truly die and that we can sustain a connection to them. The pattern of the grief system, spirals, ebbs, and flows.

GRIEF CAUSES DEPRESSION.
Grievers typically, experience loneliness, separation anxiety, and depression. Being alone need not result in loneliness. Reaching out to others is a key way to lessen loneliness and to overcome depression. some people throw themselves into work or a mission. Yet, many become lethargic and immobile. It is important to Breath in clean air, exercise, and let the sun saturate your skin as much as possible.

ACCEPTANCE BRINGS HOPE AND HEALING TO GRIEVERS.
It takes time and effort but gradually hope arrives for bereaved people. We learn to express emotions without embarrassment or apology. We cherish memories, bittersweet though they are. we begin to feel concerned and show interest in others. We make decisions and assume responsibility for ourselves. The example of the recovered grievers helps us discover and develop our own potential.

SURVIVORS REAFFIRM THEMSELVES AND CHOOSE LIFE.
Eventually, grievers recognize and embrace a healing truth: Grief has changed me, but has not destroyed me. I've discovered new things about myself. I can build on strengths developed through adversity. I'm no longer my "old self" but I'm still me, I face the future with confidence. Life is worth living because I can love and be loved.

Black Health Matters: From Victim to Victory

Black Health Matters

By Nuta Beqsu Moses AmenRa El

As Indigo Women, we have always had a fertile connection as mothers and "Mother Earth."  We cultivated the most sophisticated collection of knowledge about the land, the elements, the seasons and the stars. Humans originating as indigenous gatherer-hunters, foraged the planet, following, studying and observing the herds of animals to find water, nutrients, and resources, The Animals were our teachers. Then, we ate our teachers. I recall the "Mother Wit and Old Wives Tales" of the "Brews," "Potions," Tonics, Tinctures, Teas and Poultices that healed the ailments of Mothers' family and community. We ate a Mediterranean diet filled with an abundance and variety of living vivid colors, Fresh fruits and Vegetables.

Currently, most urban environments suffer from Nutritional Food Deserts, with the only oasis- an acidic vat of fast-food restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stores filled with a toxic blend of imported, genetically modified organisms, processed, preserved and wrapped in plastic- play foods filled with high fructose corn syrup, processed preservatives, salt, artificial coloring, artificial sweeteners, yeast, hydrogenated oils milkpuss, carbonated beverages, alcohol, tobacco… Even our schools are filled with vending machines and cafeterias filled with processed and fried fake foods. Even the "fresh" fruits and vegetables are GMOs and highly preserved. As they linger for months in storage, then on gassed and refrigerated selves, they lack the nutritional content to support the physical and mental capacities of our youth and end up promoting poor diet habits, lethargy, and lowered brainpower. This leads us to the 5 major causes of the hand of Disease and Death-

African Americans 10 Leading Causes of Death (Both Sexes, All ages)
1. Heart Disease
2. Cancer
3. Cerebrovascular Disease or Stroke
4. Diabetes
5. Unintentional Accidents
6. Homicide
7. HIV/AIDS
8. Respiratory Disease
9. Nephritis, Nephritic syndrome
10. Septicemia

So, Homicide is the 6th leading cause of death in African Americans, not the 1st! So, our death weapon is Food, Stress, and Lifestyle. We are killing ourselves more rapidly with what we put in our mouths long before we would kill each other with any other weapon! STOP THE KILLING! It is a wonder that our poor diets are the inducer of anti-social behavior, violence, and killing. Again, we are teaching our infants in the womb, then our children and teens; spiraling destructive habits, choices, and behaviors. The diseases above are symptomatic of obesity. Yet in this day and age- when the food in the grocery stores is adulterated with growth hormones, obesity becomes an exacerbating consequence and effect. We are what we eat, so even though we are inflated with growth hormones in appearance, we are masking and not necessarily overeating, the symptoms of malnourishment.

U.S. Food Deserts

Solutions

The Amen Par Ankh (sacred temple of life) was established to promote health and wellness in the most desolate areas in Kansas City, MO. to remove the hand of disease and Death for Indigo African Americans.

We can have sustainable urban communities! This starts with Feeding ourselves!

IN ORDER TO FREE OURSELVES WE MUST FEED OURSELVES!
  • Taking back our involvement with what we consume and feed to our families is the most empowering action we can take. We used to have victory gardens, as a way of preparing for disaster and being responsible to our families and community. Even the act of having a container garden full of herbs that can be grown indoors is an excellent start. If you are not ready to connect with nature and the foods you consume, then purchase your food, locally from local growers as often as possible.
  • Participate and seek out and get to know your urban growers and agriculturalist and locally grown food markets.

  • Get to know the people and how they grow their food.
  • We so often eat alone and on the run- we need to make time to sit down, prepare a meal with love, and eat together as family- at least once a week.
  • Find or make healthy snacks for your teens and yourself. Homemade Sunflower seeds, granola mixes, smoothies and even riding in your car with fresh fruit to quail the temptation to stop at a drive-thru window can save you time and money this is healthy and natural "FAST FOOD".
  • Finding fresh water might be a problem nowadays. Find alkaline and Springwater as often as you can. Collecting Rain Water and reconnecting with natural springs, can reconnect us to our foraging Ancestors.
  • Use glass, ceramic and stainless steel containers, instead of plastic.
  • We also must make time to exercise. Parking a few blocks from where you work, then walking, dancing, joining a sports team, or just a few calisthenics can start healthy heart habits. Reconnect with your spiritual and cultural value systems and ancestral folkways.
Your Body Temple
  •  We are living souls having a human, temporal, empirical experience
  • Take Care and treat your body as you would a temple. Your body is your organic "Space Suit"
  •  Connect to the earth around you as a steward and not in dominion.
  •  Establish Knowledge of Self- know your Destiny, Name, Health, Career & Relationship Consultations with the Aku (Contact the Amen Par Ankh by Appointment)
  •  Meditation/Visualization
  • Conscious Breathing
  •  Hydration: Drink 8 Glasses of Water per day
  •   Healthy Alkaline Foods in a balanced diet
  •   Recreation /Exercise
  •   Relaxation
  •   Get plenty of Sleep from Sunset-Sunrise- especially between 10pm-2am
  •   Maintain Normal Weight
  •  Use Whole (Left and Right Brain) stimulation
  • Spirituality/ Connection to Life- Plants- Animals
  • Value/Belief system
  •  Reduce/Remove Toxins and pollution from your body, mind and spirit
This seems like such a delicate bridge - from Capitalism to Self-Cultivation. Capitalism will only exploit and rape the natural resources from the land and use them for exploitation and greed, more than feeding ourselves and our family. It will draft and conjure away, of taking these natural resources and put them on the market floor to sell... to grind into machinery or be used to feed a military agenda- this is ominous.

Remember, Your Body is a Sacred Temple, The True House of All That Is You, and that you Live In. You Live in Your Skin. Therefore, The Thoughts, Emotions, and Lifeforce Energy that we Call Food must not be compromised.  As you Choose The People & Places You Get Food From, You Directly Invite Those Energies Into Your Temple. When you feel like someone is Getting on Your Nerves & Stressing You Out, Remember, it is the energy that You have invited.
*Grow and harvest your own foods
*Make Wiser Choices,
*Love Yourself, and Your Cells More Completely- every day. #AmenAnkh

Remember, The vitality of an infant is in the quality of energy that their mother feeds to the infant. If Mother is fearful, angry, worrisome, sorrowful, etc., It has a direct influence on even the very milk she is feeding her infant. When a child is colicky, or even lethargic, The energy from their environment plays a pinnacle role in child development.

The mother is the first teacher of her children. So, as you teach a girl, you heal a nation! As we return to feed ourselves, we can best provide the optimal health of our future generations. It is important to work to break the cycle of hereditary illnesses that can easily be eliminated with a healthy lifestyle of locally grown foods, exercise, non-toxic water, air, soil, and home environments, and positive relationships for our body, mind, and spirit. What we feed to our children will affect the health and future success of our nation, for generations to come.

We must teach our youth a true knowledge of self. to empower them with a legacy of wealth. We must teach each of our young girls their self-knowledge - to understand the power of their bodies, as a sacred temple of life, and to return their self-esteem and self-respect, not only for each individual girl and her family, but for her nation.

At Amen Par Ankh our Motto is:
Teach a Girl- Heal a Nation!

We Celebrate Life with a group called You G.R.O.W.W. Girls. GROWW Stands for Gaining Resilience, Opportunity, Wellness and Wealth. We teach STEAM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Vocational Arts, Mathematics, and Medicine) through Art, biology, and ecology. Our young girls learn Self Awareness, Plant Identification of herbs, and food nutrition. They are growing their own foods and learning about health and wellness. Manufacturing of Home and domestic products using natural materials. Develop skills like sewing, canning Jewelry making, and many other Crafts while they are also learning about alternative careers in STEAM fields. We Invite Young Girls between the ages of 8-18 and Mentors to join us and support our youth. Feel free to Contact us to learn more about our women's circles and study groups. Hand of Disease and Death

The HAND of DEATH and DISEASE

Afrikan Americans are dying at a higher rate than any other ethnic group, from stress-related, preventable diseases, caused by THE CHOICES THAT WE WILLINGLY FOLLOW AND PUT IN OUR OWN MOUTHS, AND FEED TO OUR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES EVERY DAY! I'm writing about our diets- the common western-roman-slave High Carbohydrate/ High Acidic diets, that the majority of people eat In the west. Although PTSD (Post Traumatic Slavery Disorders,) Pollution, Contamination, Poisons, and Drugs, in our air, water and food aren't enough, the normal day-in-day-out stresses from racism/ white Supremacy and disenfranchisement takes their toll on our bodies with excessive cortisol production, We still have choices, like our habits of diet and exercise, that we can choose and control!

American Afrikans have the highest rates of the following diseases, among the population of the U.S. (maybe even the rest of the world where we have assimilated western european culture.)
I list the 5 fingers on THE HAND OF DISEASE AND DEATH:

1. All Cancers,

2. Strokes,

3. type 2 Diabetes,

4. High-blood pressure

5. Heart attacks

The death rates of these diseases are more than Hate crimes, Black-on-Black homicide, police brutality killing, and war! These diseases are like a ball and chain, to an already stressful existence. Without a healthy disease-free lifestyle, one is bound to, and often at the mercy of, an often dysfunctional, surgery, radiation, and drug-pushing medical system. As we follow the highly commercialized junk food pushers, we are eating ourselves (and with our own hands serving to our children) a path to misery and an early grave. We often go to funerals for our loved ones and eat the same foods that killed their loved ones at repass.

Yes, All of these diseases are treated by medical doctors with surgery and long-term medications. I have concluded that the 5 diseases that I have listed, are caused  by stress based eating of Cancer and disease causing diet choices, lack of exercise, dehydration, and improper rest, that can be prevented by simply making healthy diet and exercise choices.

Many of our people live by a 2 fisted grip on death and disease on our family.

African Americans suffer disproportionately from several major health problems associated with high morbidity and mortality. The 1985 DHHS Secretary's Task Force Report on Blacks and Other Minorities identified six major disease categories of excess deaths for African Americans compared with whites by applying the lower death rate for whites to the American population. The report provided a stimulus for public and private action to begin to address the health disparities between minority and non-minority populations. This article examines three of the leading causes of death for African Americans and assesses the extent to which the health disparity between African Americans and whites has been reduced. An extensive list of barriers to reducing the disparity is presented from the scientific literature and strategies for reducing the three health problems are recommended.

10 Leading Causes of Death for African Americans

(Causes of Death from 2010)

1. Heart Disease

2. Cancer

3. Stroke

4. Diabetes

5. Unintentional Injuries

6. Nephritis, Nephrotic Syndrome, and Nephrosis (Kidney Diseases)

Chronic Kidney Disease

7. Chronic Lower Respiratory Disease

8. Homicide- Youth Violence

9. Septicemia

10. Alzheimer's Disease

That's the reason I became vegetarian. I found that our Beef livestock used to eat grass, nurse their own young, and roam the prairies as part of their natural habitat. Our Nubian Pastoral Ancestors from Afrika were the first to Corral and Herd animals through open prairies. -Now, these animals are artificially grown and live in containment factory structures - bred over and over again by the same siblings. Often this meat comes from devitalized clones, grown from stem cells. All of this "meat" (Pork, Beef, Chicken, and Fish) has been adulterated. These creatures eat pellets of the remains of their predecessors, that was scooped up from the slaughterhouse! They are injected with antibiotics and hormone growth accelerators. They stand all of their limited lives, on top of their own waste...They are bred through artificial insemination. They are never allowed to bond or see their offspring after they are produced or receive any kind of affection. (That is how many of our ancestors were treated too!)

I attribute a lot of our obesity and cholesterol problems to the consumption of too many processed Carbohydrates, in the form of Wheat and Corn, along with animal fats particularly lard found in pork. While many have argued in defense of pork consumption, (I'm sure that the pork industry has taken a severe blow from the "Swine Flu" coo) it has been quipped "God made everything!" and the notoriously misinterpreted "Arise Peter slay and eat." Yet, when it comes to the justification of serving this gall to our Afrikan families, please, let me ask you this;

Would you eat; decay, flies, cockroaches, maggots, scavengers, like vultures, hawks, hyenas & reptiles, plastic, poisons, acid, dirt, feces, rotting carcasses, the molding rotten fruits and vegetables? (God made these too!) Do you know that a diseased and worm-infested pig will eat this stuff and not even get sickened by it!

REMEMBER! THE SURVIVORS OF KATRINA--- who suffered from the 5 above diseases ---WERE LEFT TO DIE FOR LACK OF FRESH MEDICATIONS! For instance, when the supply of fresh insulin was unavailable to administer to a diabetic, Because of lack of electricity and refrigeration, these people were abandoned in the presence of medical staff, first aid, and emergency clinics, to transition, waste away, go into shock and die!

Here are some of the criminal, deadly contenders that we feed ourselves and our families every day:
Processed cane sugar
(fructose) -corn syrup (candy, sweets,)
ALL ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS!
Adulterated Animals: Pork, Beef, Chicken and fish consumption: processed meat, (sausage, bologna, hot-dogs, canned) butter, lard, whey, oils, (also found in lotions, hair care products, makeup and other cosmetics)
Processed devitalized, starched based carbohydrate, genetically modified grains- Corn and Wheat Flour gluten products - white flour, white rice
Highly acidic and nonnutritive filler "fake foods" also known as junk foods and "snacks", All highly preserved and processed foods and snacks with benzine and other preservatives
Milk (Puss!)- and processed dairy products - Butter, Cheese, Ice cream, whey, Yogurt, WE ARE NOT INFANT COWS!
Impure and acidic drinking water filled with fluoride, mercury, and lead= (unfiltered tap water)
Carbonated, sugary, and highly preserved beverages that mimic 100% fruit juice (What is "Cool Aid" anyway?!)
Alcoholic drinks
Microwaved and irradiated foods
Foods wrapped and contained in Aluminum, foam, and plastics (baby Bottles, Nipples, sippy cups, and plastic drinking bottles)
"Fast foods" with high levels of sodium and Acrylamide-
Remember that your biggest organ, the skin, and scalp- breathes and eats whatever topical product from the cosmetic industry, you put on it- namely petroleum Jelly, arsenic, formaldehyde,

Top Sources of Food Carcinogens:

  • Any charred food - from burnt popcorn - to burnt toast, is highly carcinogenic.
  • Meat in general (in terms of the fats associated) is carcinogenic, especially overcooked meat.
  • Smoked/ roasted foods like soya, roasted corn, and grilled fish -heated with harmful materials such as tires, treated wood, polyethylene bags, rubber materials, etc.
  • Acrylamide is found in browned foods like bread crust, toast, and broiled meats.
  • Sugar is carcinogenic - whether white or brown. Instead of sugar, you can choose to substitute honey or Stevia leaves
  • Stomach cancer is associated with high salt intake, with spicy foods and smoked food
  • Sodas and Energy drinks are carcinogenic for a variety of reasons beyond their high sugar content and harmful additives.
  • Artificial sweeteners, sucralose, and particularly aspartame, are carcinogenic
  • Rancid and artificial Oils, are artificially filtered to remove the rancid spoiled taste. Cooking spray is made with patroleum distilliates
  • Excessive alcohol with so many preservatives is toxic
  • Trans fats found in fries and snack chips are carcinogenic
  • Microbial contaminants and toxins like aflatoxins found in Aspergillum infected nuts and seeds
  • Chemical food additives (Artificial flavorants, colorants, preservatives) eg. nitrosamine which is a preservative is a cancer precursor
  • Fluoride and Chloride and many other toxic chemicals and preservatives, found in most beverages and water is Carcinogenic. Question the water content of most beverages; they often use tap water to prepare at restaurants and commercial soft drinks.

Creative, Inventiveness, production and manufacture of our own goods, products, and foods,

We are the ones who must emancipate ourselves and our progeny from mental slavery! For our own survival, we must cultivate and relearn healthy ways, traditions and cultural values. It is vital that we acquire an appetite for and a "hunger and thirst after" a righteous lifestyle and not a death-style!

As Women (Womb of mankind,) we have a greater responsibility to support and promote our own health and wellness, as well as a healthy lifestyle and (not a death-style!) for our family and neighborhoods.

IF The hand that rocks the cradle rules the world, then WE MUST each TEACH A GIRL-HEAL A NATION!

Nuta Beqsu means (heaven gives me balance) This is an ancient KMT language that is still in practice today. Nu, Nut, & Ta are the Elemental powers of the Heavens: Nu is Moisture and Water. Nut is the Celestial Sky goddess. She represents the cosmos and the universe. The Universe is always giving birth to new solar systems and stars. Ta is the original word for land and the Queendoms of our ancient Matriarchal societies. Our land is our home, and the place for the empirical existence where we learn from our experiences. She seeks to live in balance between the planetary and heavenly existences. We are all connected to the land, trees, microcosm and macrocosm, Inner verse, and the universe. Nuta Beqsu (heaven gives me balance) will be programmed into a conscious spirit, to produce thought sequences to direct a course of action as a way to achieve success in life. Visualization is thought converted into a pleasurable visual image(s) to achieve a goal and/or purpose. We connect with Divine Power to guide and direct our pathways. As a divine name is spoken the receiver has unity of direction in life. My name reflects my Destiny. So, the sight Sounds, visions, smells, and colors associated with a divine name will give guidance in one's pathway.
