Nuta Beqsu










Nuta Beqsu Adenike Amen-Ra is my Full name. I became conscious of my Afrikan Culture during my early years growing up in a Military-Airforce family. I was born in England, raised on military bases, spent my adolescence in Germany, during the Sixties Black Power revolutionary movement. So, while I was subjected to white supremacy and racism in public schools, I was also surrounded by a nurturing cultural environment of Wonderful Music, Soul foods, language dialect, Afros and, Clothing to define a rich culture of Blackness. I was inspired by Malcolm X, as he was interviewed by caucasians about his Name:




Nuta Beqsu is my KaMaTa Name. Nuta Beqsu means (heaven gives me balance) representing my Destiny/ Purpose in my life path.  Nu, Nut, & Ta are Elemental powers of the Heavens: Nu is Atmosphere, Moisture, and Water. Nut is the Sky goddess. She represents the cosmos and the universe. The Universe is always giving birth to new solar systems and stars. Ta is the original word for land. Our land is our home, and the place for the empirical existence that we are experiencing. I seek to live in peace, a balance between planetary and heavenly existence. We are all connected to the land, trees, microcosm and macrocosm, Inner-verse, and universe. Nuta Beqsu (heaven gives me balance) will be programmed into conscious spirit, to produce thought sequences to direct a course of action as a way to achieve successfulness in life. Visualization is thought converted into a pleasurable visual image(s) to achieve a goal and/or purpose. We connect with Divine Power to guide and direct our pathways. As a divine name is spoken the receiver has unity of direction in life. Her name reflects her Destiny. So, the sight Sound, vision, smell, and colors associated with a divine name will give guidance in her pathway. I live as a Kandaki Ma(Queen/Mother) of many Suns, Sistars, Grand Princesses and Princes, living in the urban Kansas City Area. I am a social Activist for solutions to the cycles of violence, health disparities, poverty, and inequalities in wealth. I am one of the founders of Amen Par Ankh, a Natural Life Spiritual Center, and Amen Ankh Urban Farm. https://amen-parankh.blogspot.com This is a green space in Kansas City, Missouri, for KRST conscious Spiritual guidance. My life Partner, Sasteh Meter is our High Priest/Minister and I serve as a priestess. We are also Urban farmers. We grow our foods to create proprietory Apothecary products for our ministry. We are counselors and Life Coaches. We provide Home Schooling, and Adult Communiversity enrichment Materials, Child Care academics, a private reference Library; and I teach and create Home Blessing products, Arts and crafts, apothecary, and Notions. I have a degree in Sculpture- Bronze casting, Visual Communications, and a Masters Degree in Special Education, Cross/Cat, Gifted and Talented. I am a blogger and respected public speaker, KaMaTa Libations consultant, educator, singer, Afrikan Dancer, Chanter, and Storyteller, who has conducted several events, workshops at various organizations, served as a panelist and as a keynote speaker at regional meetings.
