What are we saying to our young Melanin girls in a world of racism and the aftermath of self-hate and Maafa syndrome?

We know that Race is a political/Socio Construct. This construct was designed and agreed about, by a global minority for control of people of color. THERE IS NO "RACE"!

All Humans come from the Ancestry of The African Woman's EVE GENE! So this means that all "so-called" Native Americans, Asians, Arabs, Chinese, You-Name-It, HAVE AFRICAN ANCESTRY and are NATIONS-NOT RACES! These People of Color have DENIED their AFRICAN ANCESTORS and ANCESTRY to PLAY in the RACE GAME

Caucasian people are melanin recessive. They do not possess the Eve Gene. They are of the Neanderthal RNA. 

Yet, Racism/ white supremacy and white privilege are alive and well in the mentality of the U.S. and in every western imperialist social structure.

 

Historically, caucasian women have used their privileges for their advantage, in usurping anything they want in their favor. They have always played their roles for convenience, in the segregation and disadvantage of Melanin peoples. They designed and washed the blood stains from the white robes of Race supremacy. They beat their maids and orphaned mulatto children. Caucasian women have often sexually harassed, threatened to cry rape or brazenly walked over to take, whatever they wanted from Melininated peoples, using our lives like an animal hide around their shoulders.

Now Dolezal goes unchallenged, masquerading in a culture she doesn't belong, while so many of our people have suffered and struggled in colonialism and cultural genocide.

Caucasians have massacred, pirated, squandered our children, land and resources for centuries. Now this creature seeks to pirate African melanin identity and appropriates our names.

This sick pathetic critter epitomizes the US system of Race privilege! She projected her childhood molestation and abuse into a convenient identity. The paradox is historical when most female caucasoids would cry rape against a black man for the attention and sympathy, or travel in seclusion, looking for ways to engage in black exploitation and prostitution,... this woman finds Black Male specimens to exploit, then adopts other black male youth as victims into her menagerie of the most oppressed and voiceless people on the planet. She wears the veil of our beautiful culture, yet despised melanin skin , wipes suntan lotion on her skin everyday like blackface, then coils her hair every day as a masquerade!

Savage parody of black Americans, Mistral Shows were an attack on the equality and freedom of African Americans. Caucasian performers would blacken their faces with burnt cork or greasepaint, dress in outlandish costumes, and then perform songs and skits that mocked African Americans. Some of the most famous songs in American history--Dixie, Camptown Races, Oh Sussanah, My Old Kentucky Home--began as minstrel songs.

So many melaninated people are expressing a permissive attitude in the controversy of this impostor, Rachel Dolezal, and the brazenness of her reverse racism stunt. My concern about this race trader traitor is in how many times she had undermined and sold-out Black people while seeking to hold the highest salaried positions as an educator and a political representative, advancing American African people?! How many critical decisions did she ignore or misdirect in her ignorance? How often did she dumb down strategic choices for the so-called "best interest" of our people. Like a Caucasian mother of a mulatto child, who doesn't know how to care for their daughter's hair, or does not teach her any Afrikan values, the subtle insinuations and neglect of critical milestones can be devastating and set back progressive achievement for decades.

Caucasian women have often expressed a fetish, brazenly sexually harassed, or threatened to cry rape, to take whatever they want from our people, using our lives like an animal hide around their shoulders. Likened to Potipher's wife, or even Dalilah, they are constantly setting up a fatal attraction trap for the Black male leading to failure, mediocrity, and peril.

How and why could Afro-Americans let her do this while they sat in a room and taught African Studies college courses? NO ONE CHALLENGED HER?! This caucasian goes unchallenged, appropriating, and masquerading in a culture she doesn't belong to. The paradox is reading the indifference and approval of so many Melaninated people, while so many of our people still struggle with self-hatred, misogyny, humanity, economic survival, and their own identities, in colonialism and cultural genocide.
Caucasians have historically massacred, pirated, squandered our children, land, and resources for centuries. Now, this creature continues to seek attention, as an exhibitionist, while she steals whatever she wants with impunity. Now she appropriates our names, using a legal system that has never, favored the empowerment, humanity, autonomy and sovereignty of melaninated people, globally. In our culture, Names are given- Not taken or bought.
This woman LIED, deceived and positioned herself in high rank and visibility as an impostor, moving herself to the highest paying leadership roles and representations. She wore a mask Everyday, as she looked into the mirror and rubbed tanning lotions into her skin and put a wig or weave on her head to present herself in public, and to further use young children as a human shield.

SHE CANNOT REPRESENT OUR LEGACY AND THE PAIN OF OUR ANCESTORS!

Yet this US imperialist, colonizing, white supremacy society plays the skin game every day with people of color all over the globe. The race supremacist has lynched melanin people from our motherland, as well as native American/free people of color. Then after reconstruction, with the destruction of Black Wall streets, Sharecropping, redlining, Black Codes, and Jim Crow laws that are still on the books; They further destroyed our economic foundations by removing us from our land and businesses to this day. Race supremacy also destroyed Affirmative Action, enabling further progress and opportunities for inherited wealth. And don't forget the debacle of integration with racial profiling for police brutality the school to prison pipeline, mass incarceration, and private corporate prisons for the military-industrial complex which is neo-chattel slavery.

So, my question is how many more spies and agents of the status quo do we have in our camps- reporting back to massa? How many Black people play hypocritical roles of Black Power Activists while being married to caucasoids? Historically Afrikan women were horrendously Exploited, raped, and abused. With chattel slavery rendering our black mothers as subhuman, forced to breed children as a commodity for the slave trade, experimentation, and perverted sexual exploits. We've had an unfortunate history of mulatto children who were encouraged to "pass as white," or who were specifically bred to be used as concubines and mistresses by caucasians, such as in New Orleans. Yet, the worst race traitors that we have, are Black Americans,

These Negropeons demonstrate their self-hatred publicly, by not fostering and supporting our own products and manufacturing of goods and services, in buying out the cosmetic industry of skin and hair bleach, hair straightening, weaves, and nose cosmetic surgeries. They sing the song of color blindness and that "we are all the same under the skin." This is only the song of assimilated token knee-gros who have accepted the programming of the conquered. So these conquered negropeons continue to live in their integrated suburbs, send their infants to be raised in that system, and their youth to be miss educated in these school to prison pipelines, eating their GMO foods, practicing their religions and submitting to their drugs and surgical procedures.

Another disturbing reality of Self Hate is how so many of our melanin people suffer from Black doll/white doll syndrome. Some call it Stockholm syndrome (I call it Maafa Syndrome, a much older phenomenon), where many Black people act as conquered model assimilationist/integrationists, who dwell among us and sell out our people.

We have forgotten about the hundreds of girls who were abducted for kidnapping ransom and rape, We have forgotten about the genocide of the Melanin people Globally, for land rites to appropriate fossil fuels and toxic minerals of mass destruction and We have forgotten about the destruction of Afrikan civilization through Ebola and HIV, We have forgotten about HAARP Destruction of Haiti- for land grab and oil fracking and then to be re-occupied by the French... We are overwhelmed and saturated with the assaults of our youth by police officers- still waiting for superman or chocolate Je-w+Zeus to come and save the day... We just sit back and let our oppressor run our lives, asleep and completely oblivious that it is even happening.

Remember that some people of color still recognize Clinton as the first "black" President. So as we permit Rachel on her minstrel cycle, and other's like her, this should make it easier to except his senile Hilary in office to accelerate their HAARP- White Water Real Estate hustles on Haiti and the rest of the world!

This topic of Stockholm Syndrome has aroused current attention when it was mentioned recently by Colin Kaepernick. Kaepernick was a topic of media hype, in concern with the NFL draft picks "blue" balling. The irony is in the media's selection of particular athletes, to shame and shun Colin Kaepernick. These athletes were themselves stricken with shady controversial pasts.

Yet, I challenge that this condition or syndrome, did NOT make its first appearance, through the trauma of the hostage victims of Stockholm, in the early 1970s. The annals of the Arab and Aryan Western world of imperialism have had a long-standing history of oppression, terror, capture, and hostage-taking. This history has always revealed a compromise between its relationship with its paralyzing parasitic nature and its human hosts.

I would like to introduce the use of the term Maafa syndrome, in the context of the history of Arab and Aryan invaders, who fathered and fostered colonialism. Maafa is a Swahili word for "A terrible disaster."  Many people of the African diaspora use this phrase to describe the psychological, physical, Spiritual and cultural trauma that was waged against people of color throughout the planet. Massive populations died in resistance. Yet many surrendered in compromise. Many women who were raped, by invaders, to later raised their children, the many orphaned children, etc., who were captured and controlled by their oppressors, were forced to participate and live in incarceration, to craft a workforce that would live their lives under abuse, torture, terrorism, duress, and perpetual survival mode. The term Maafa Syndrome then, acculturates the historical trauma of African people, upon their early encounters with Asian and Aryan invaders.

Maafa Syndrome: is essentially defined as the total identification of a victim, with their victimizer, assailant, oppressor, for the hope of favor...

Colonialism is inherently an act of Maafa syndrome, in that noble Afrikan rulers, were forced to compromise, and deferred their centuries-old, power and control to oppressive despots for indirect rule, under the direct threat of mass extermination and genocide.

Stockholm syndrome (sometimes referred to as Helsinki syndrome) is a condition that causes hostages to develop a psychological alliance with their captors as a survival strategy during captivity. These feelings, resulting from a bond formed between captor and captive(s) during intimate time spent together, are generally considered irrational in light of the danger or risk endured by the victims. Generally speaking, Stockholm syndrome consists of "strong emotional ties that develop between two persons where one person intermittently harasses, beats, threatens, abuses, or intimidates the other." The FBI's Hostage Barricade Database System shows that roughly eight percent of victims show evidence of Stockholm syndrome.
Formally named in 1973 when four hostages were taken during a bank robbery in Stockholm, Sweden, Stockholm syndrome is also commonly known as "capture bonding". The syndrome's title was developed when the victims of the Stockholm bank robbery defended their captors after being released and would not agree to testify in court against them. Stockholm syndrome's significance arises because it is based on a paradox, as captives' sentiments for their captors are the opposite of the fear and disdain an onlooker may expect to see as a result of trauma. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stockholm_syndrome

There are four key components that generally lead to the development of Stockholm syndrome: a hostage's development of positive feelings towards their captor, no previous hostage-captor relationship, a refusal by hostages to cooperate with police forces and other government authorities, and a hostage's belief in the humanity of their captor, for the reason that when a victim holds the same values as the aggressor, they cease to be perceived as a threat.

Stockholm syndrome is considered a "contested illness," due to many judicial and law enforcement officers' doubt about the legitimacy of the condition.

An aspect of Maafa Syndrome is Assimilation to the Western world to the extent of total disowning of the victim's traditional Way of life.

ARE YOU AN ASSIMILATIONIST (Acting Whyt) OR A REVOLUTIONARY?!

 

Assimilation describes the process by which a person integrates socially, culturally, and/or politically into a larger, dominant culture and society.
*The term assimilation is often referenced to immigrants, refugees, and ethnic groups settling in a new land. Immigrants acquire new customs and attitudes through contact and communication with the new society, while they also introduce some of their own cultural traits to that society.
*Assimilation usually involves a gradual change of varying degree.
*Full assimilation occurs when new members of a society become indistinguishable from main members.
Immigrant assimilation is one of the most common forms of assimilation and is a very complex process.

Social scientists rely on four primary benchmarks to assess immigrant assimilation:
socioeconomic status, geographic distribution, second language attainment, and intermarriage.

Socioeconomic status is defined by educational attainment, occupation, and income.
Spatial concentration is defined by geography or residential patterns.
Language attainment refers to the ability to speak English and the loss of the individual’s mother tongue.
Intermarriage involves marriage across racial, ethnic, or, occasionally, generational lines.
Segmented assimilation states that there are three main paths of assimilation for second-generation immigrants: some assimilate smoothly, others experience downward assimilation, and others experience rapid economic success while preserving the values of their cultural community.

Maafa Syndrome is not to be mistaken with

*POST TRAUMATIC SLAVE SYNDROME

As a result of twelve years of quantitative and qualitative research, Dr. DeGruy has developed her theory of Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome, and published her findings in the book Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome – America’s Legacy of Enduring Injury and Healing”. The book addresses the residual impacts of generations of slavery and opens up the discussion of how the black community can use the strengths we have gained in the past to heal in the present.

WHAT IS P.T.S.S.?P.T.S.S. is a theory that explains the etiology of many of the adaptive survival behaviors in African American communities throughout the United States and the Diaspora. It is a condition that exists as a consequence of multigenerational oppression of Africans and their descendants resulting from centuries of chattel slavery. A form of slavery which was predicated on the belief that African Americans were inherently/genetically inferior to whites. This was then followed by institutionalized racism which continues to perpetuate injury.

Thus, resulting in M.A.P.:

• M: Multigenerational trauma together with continued oppression;
• A: Absence of opportunity to heal or access the benefits available in the society; leads to
• P: Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome.

Dr. Amos N. Wilson said it best:

LOVE FOR AND MIS-IDENTIFICATION WITH THE AGGRESSOR: The ultimate point of racism and for racism to really work well, it must involve the internalization of racism (IDENTIFICATION WITH THE AGGRESSOR). It is not what whites have said (say) to and about us, it is not their scandalization of our African forms, features, and personalities; it is not all of the miserable things that they have done (do) to us per se. The main problem is the way we have reacted to those things (COUNTERPRODUCTIVELY). It is not the LIES that they have told (tell), it is our believing in the LIES (FALSIFIED CONSCIOUSNESS). Once we believe the LIES and once we let whites get us to believe the scandals that they have made up about us, then we become participants in the very process (SOCIAL AGENTS OF WHITE DOMINATION). We then become self-degrading; we become degrading to people like ourselves (SELF-DESTRUCTIVE).

The thing that we must struggle with more than ANYTHING ELSE, even more than racism, is internalized racism (SELF-HATRED). Because it is through internalized racism that we actually participate in our own oppression (SELF-OPPRESSING). When we talk about colorism, self-alienating, self-defeating, self-annihilating etc., attitudes and behaviors among Africans globally, it is primarily the result of the internalization of racism. Therefore, it is the recruiting of Africans to maintain our own oppression, which is the reason why we have to truthfully (re)identify with our African selves (RE-AFRICANIZATION) to remove and not internalize white racism. Consequently, we will not engage in self-alienating, self-defeating, self-annihilating, etc., attitudes and behaviors. – Dr Amos Wilson (1988)

Dr. Amos Wilson offered 5 challenging questions for people of African Descent, in order to awaken and reconnect with their re-acculturation to African Society; He asks:
What Language do you speak?
What Names do you answer to?
What Foods do you eat?
What Clothes do you wear?
Can You name 1 African God?

These questions are meant as a call to consciousness, to recognize the core of the assimilation process in a person, and how we can be able to transform and heal from mental enslavement.

Good Hair and Cosmetics- the Self Image of Our Women

Our people have a love affair with hair. We are obsessed and fascinated by hair in all of it's variety- in the lengths, textures and colors. To think that our hair care and the cosmetic industry are billion dollar industries - and how much of this money is lost out of "our" "so called economic community," is really reflections of post traumatic Stressed/captivity/enslaved/War refugee dysfunction and self-hatred, from the attempt to live and assimilate into the very society that promotes the genocide of our people. RECLAIM OUR ORIGINAL GREATNESS!

The Ugly Duckling

I recall the story of the ugly duckling, all of the other ducklings ridiculed and laughed at her. The ugly duckling tried to conform to the other duck's standards yet, with all of her efforts, she found herself feeling awkward, rejected and inferior. She began to believe all of the lies that were told to her about how she was inferior. She began to suffer self-hatred and disgust even to the extent of deforming herself in an effort to conform and be accepted. Ostracized and alone she went away in despair. Then, she discovered a group of young birds in the distant who sounded familiar. As she followed their voices, she caught up with them and discovered that they looked and behaved just as "awkwardly" as she!- The young birds embraced and accepted her into their group. As time progressed, she began to let go and Love herself. She healed from the damaging and cruel things that were said and done to her, and her own self hatred! She changed and transformed into a Beautiful Black Swan! You see, she was never really a duck... In nature "Birds of a feather flock together"...

To me this story is a perfect analogy of Beautiful Black African Women! We don't know who we truly are, yet we keep trying to conform to the standards of our oppressor- who hate, fear, make-mockery-of, and reject our beauty and attributes! We in turn make fun of ourselves, caught in a "Willie lynch"- divide and conquer mentality. We try to conform by stripping ourselves of our natural beauty and corrupting and replacing our sacred temple with an alien value system, consuming the status quo of foods that are not supportive or specifically nourishing  to our temple, and adding an artificial facade of cosmetics to "makeup" a mask to hide our illnesses. We spend a great deal of our money, BILLIONS of dollars on hair, hair products, and cosmetics- from predominantly Chinese and Korean manufacturers -(who often don't even use what they manufacture!) So our women spend their money for over priced products and enormous amounts of our time in hair salons, changing our hair and skin complexion, even in plastic surgeon's clinics modifying our body parts, or, poking, burning and defacing our bodies with engraved symbols; to take the place of cultivating our inner beauty. Many do not account for the chemicals that are in these treatments and the long term effects of crippling health problems and infertility. 

To think of how sodium hydroxide, the active ingredient in relaxers, is strong enough to burn through a soda can, left in that solution long enough, just think of how these chemicals can damage a child or women's hair or scalp over years. Also, formaldehyde, a chemical used to embalm the dead, is used. It is said that with continued use of these chemicals, the scalp is eventually cured like cowhide leather, killing the blood vessels and infusing into the blood/brain barrier, and the rest of the body. Wigs and Weaves are often sewn and glued into the existing hair or scalp. These weaves can range from artificial plastic polyester, to Indian or Expensive oriental hair. This transplanted hair can be priced up to thousands of dollars-per-lock!

In many cases, our self-hate and lowered self esteem have reduced us to behave in the most base and shameful ways. Ultimately, because we are the womb of man, our self-hatred can poison everyone around us, especially our children! These alterations not only play a role socially, but it is also a political, classist/racist and sexist phenomenon.

What is "Good Hair?" You have to consider the Brothers out there- even in Africa, who prefer their women to straighten and dye their hair as a mark of elite status. Even in the poorest areas, they want jeans and perm kits! I also think that our Black Queens have also compromised themselves in order to attract, please or patronize the distorted perspective and psychology of our Black Men- even to the extent of prostituting themselves, in their dress and mannerism. Our youth are influenced by the media, of movies, music video performers, exotic dancers and catty reality TV.  Corporate and political images of Black people are rendered with the appearance of women with weaves and perms. I recall an Afrikan news correspondent, Rhonda Lee, who was terminated, because of the insults and controversy, with the blatant apathy and lack of support from her corporate new station, who eventually terminated her over her choice to wear her hair in a short natural. African Hair is also controlled by the military.

As a High school teacher, I've heard young men, in casual conversation, stating their dream to have children with "good hair!" With their tightly coiled hair, they reasoned that they would have to breed with a "mixed" woman or a woman outside their race to get the features that they want in their children! I also remember reading Eldridge Cleaver's Book "Soul on Ice." In his interview he stated that he would lose his arousal and become impotent, if as he put his hands in his partner's hair, it would feel nappy! I have also known men who preferred women with "Blond Hair" or colored hair as psyche-sexually"kinky" preference.

Secondly, I remember the traveling study of the African American psychologist who did the study on young African American children using Black dolls and identical white dolls. Even the minds of our youngest boys and girls have been infiltrated with this pathology in their self image at such a very young age!

Finally, the hair care and cosmetic businesses are on the stock exchange as multibillion dollar enterprises. So they will push their products, like any drug,- on anyone willing to be duped into becoming "a believer!" Even our workplaces and churches push this standard, of image, with some employers refusing to hire someone without this image! I saw a movie titled "Good Hair." I had wished that this movie would have sought out to interview more conscious-(not only natural) women.

I think an individual who has awakened to consciousness, creates a momentum for that awakened spirit to begin to embrace and love who they are and stop worrying about how they compare to another group, and their standards. It is then one can grow to become the best of their true-selves in all it's beauty! MIND, BODY and SPIRIT!

Even though most of us men do keep our hair natural we too have been brain-dirtied into believing the eurocentric image of beauty holds true, even for our sistas. Which is sadly why many of our brothers want their nubian women to more caucasian not only in looks but attitude as well!

Childhood Memories of O'l Jim Crow

     For over 90 years Jim Crow laws were in effect in the United States. The reconstruction period only lasted for a decade after the civil war. In 1966-67, I was 7 or 8 years old, Jim Crow laws were still in effect. I remember riding in the back of the bus, with my mom. We had to pay at the front of the bus, get off, run to the back entrance and re-board before the bus driver drove off. Mom liked to go shopping downtown but, we could only go to “certain stores” that would allow "Colored" people to shop. The clerks watched us like hawks and we could never try on the clothing or shoes. I remember having to squat in the bushes sometimes because "the colored" could not use public restrooms. They were designated for "whites only!" Many places did not even provide separate and unequal restrooms for Blacks.

I remember my Mom would always pack a nice boxed lunch of cold chicken, or Tuna Fish Salad with potato salad, or pimento cheese sandwiches with home backed cookies and fresh fruit and a thermos of milk, Iced Tea or Cool-Aid. So, when we passed by a Grill, Lunch counter or café, and smelled hamburgers or hotdogs and complained that we were hungry; Mom would tell us to wait. She would take us to a park and spread out a blanket. There we would have an outing together for lunch. Mom and Dad loved us and sheltered us from hate in as must as they could. They never explained Jim Crow laws to us. When we would see and asked if we could go swimming at the pool, or to a carnival, or an amusement park, they just didn't say anything.

The paradox of the move to Integration and Civil Rights over Human Rights and Indigo empowerment, was the Black Doll/ White Doll studies, actually enable Caucasians to feel comfortable to sleep in their beds, knowing that After 400 years of oppression, dehumanization and disenfranchisement, Melaninated people preferred and identified with Caucasian, and European Assimilation, more than their own African cultural identity!

  I contend that it was the complicity of Caucasian women- Mothers, Teachers, Nurses, Secretaries, Clerks, Cashiers, Bank Tellers,  waitresses, for example who refused to serve blacks at lunch counters. Then, they put their blonde, brunette, or red hair, along with their hock of spit, in our food when they finally had to give up Ol' Jim Crow...

So now we have the “right” to give away our money and our most talented people, to the prosperity of caucasian owned Corporations, businesses and society, and neglect our own lunch counters, dry cleaners, Manufacturing, Neighborhoods, banks and boutiques!

Desegregation and integration only opened a gateway to an even larger chorale of Mass incarceration and impoverishment. We were still red lined. We have learned that you cannot legislate against hate and hateful people. Instead of being isolated into a concentration camp we now must compliantly maneuver and dwell among the society that despises us. We buy from them, we practice their version of religion, we speak their language, we fight in their wars, we take our children to their schools, we eat their diet and buy food as from their grocers, we even build their empires from other conquered peoples.

Caucasian women, Teachers, Clerks, Nurses, Tellers, etc. and Middle class values of the suburban housewives who only hired Melaninated Mothers and Wives as maids, cooks, Baby Sitters and menial servants, to revisit the dehumanization of the old dirty south, Antebellum Plantations. Caucasians had the urgency then to put Indigo People in "a place" in their world that secured the safety of their illusions of race supremacy. Caucasian women supported Jim Crow Laws with their compliance, voice and vote! Hillary Clinton was around at this age. She must have witnessed the same shame and injustices; and reflected on the complicity of her parents and grand parents. While caucasian women enjoyed an elite, privileged "June Cleaver" life, aloof from that same racist system! It was white, women teachers who refused to teach the Ruby Bridges', all across the U.S. and marked down their IQ tests by 20 points. Worst of all, it was Caucasian women who lied and cried rape to provoke a defense of their honor, then to promote the lynching deaths and imprisonment of thousands of Black Men and boys. It was Caucasian women who sewed, mended, and cleaned the bloodstains from the KKKlan robes that their sons, daughters, husbands, brothers, fathers, uncles and Grandfathers wore! Even today, elite non-Black mothers go along with the racist status quo, and raise their children in private “Gated” communities, far away from public housing. As Black females, we had to maneuver around so many obstacles just to maintain our humanity, dignity and self respect. We must regather our families back together again as Eco-Gnomes and regrow inherited wealth. We must assess our human capital of Talents, Gifts, and Skills. Marriage is the merger of 2 families, not just 2 people. We Must have 3 or more Children- No more Abortions. Our elders and disabled should be incorporated as a necessity among our family, not as extensions. Grandparent should invest in their Grandchildren. ...
