We The Family of the Sun! - Breakthroughs To African Cultural and Generational Wealth

It seams that Indigo Melanin people are the only group that are asked to disband, and are quick to alienate and exile their associations, family members and people. This must be Willie-Lynch- post- traumatic Maafa. There are Indigo people who are PAID by religious organizations, or conservative extremists, like Prager, etc., as public speakers and paid tokens, on separating from black on black relationships, or debasing their own Black Queens, under the banner of their religious beliefs or conservative nationalism. These organizations pay and use these token black people as Psy-op "Peer interrupters," for the dissemination of doubt, distrust, withdrawal and isolation...Yet, Caucasians, Mexicans, Jews, u-name-it, will unify, even in their dysfunctions, to accomplish their mutual economic agendas, and objectives!  I see the smiles and hear the cloaked healing sentiments and fake statistics, from these so called Negro Inspirational speakers. They talk like they are "woke" yet, this is only a slick packaging to proselytize, polarize and destroy Black unity. This is Religious Brainwashing Cultism- not Culture. They are Preying on our youth- Not Praying for our youth and families! In the end game, hoping and "waiting for Superman" to bring something or someone better, after you are encouraged to burn bridges, with family members, associates, fathers, mothers of your children etc., only moves us to impotence and paralyzing isolation... (Which is of course the objective of Race supremacy)

Yet, we are still picking their cotton and handing it over to plantation owners. We are at war, surrounded in hate as a weapon! Yes, war begins in our minds first. We are influenced by propaganda. There is big money in mass media  indoctrination with the promise of rewards for affiliations that demand their loyalty. This society is run on the steam of capitalism. The United States is a Kkorpratakrazy.1

Every other society has turned their backs on Indigo Melanin Americans and offer no sanctuary or allies.  Racism/White Supremacy as a system in the US and globally, is real! The Euro world of racism, has built their glass ceilings, walls and doors. They have created a prison for our minds, while we are rendered invisible in theirs. Not much thought is given, by any other people, to the advancement and empowerment of our people. We are still red lined and discriminated against, on loans, grants, access, Jobs, contracts, business ventures etc. because of our hair, cultural clothing, names, gender, and /or social affiliations (really it's just our dark skin). Then we discriminate against each other as gate keepers to maintain this status quo.

There seems to be something exclusively threatening about Melanin people wanting to congregate in their own homogeneous space, in deference to our own values and ways of life, than any other ethnic or cultural group. I do not define myself by Western standards or definitions. I do not consider myself a nationalist, or separatist, but I am certainly not a multiculturalist. I do not seek to model and perfect the way of life of another Culture. I am bad soil- refusing to assimilate with western European culture! We (Indigo peoples) should be able to have our own times to live, celebrate, learn, raise our children and families, and work in a collective of our own identities, languages, mores and sacred spaces; without it being mis-construed as hate! For a personal example, because I am an advocate on behalf of African Descendant peoples, I have changed my name and practice an ancient form of spirituality as my Ancient Ancestors, I am considered as a racist, or someone filled with hate! It's the victim, being considered the criminal! The raped becomes the rapist! My Cultural practices are considered uncomfortable, offensive, hateful and hostile, just because they are different from the western ways. I am not on this planet to only serve the interests of Western Europeans. We have our own distinct cultural relationships with this planet.

I recognize that many of our family members, as Black people, are still asleep in this system. (Yes, I use the same analogy as Morpheus in describing the Matrix.) So, they suffer from "Cognitive Dissonance." In consequence of living in my lifestyle, I haven't seen (Live with, teach, become intrinsic in the memories, values and lifestyles) of my own grandchildren in years, or my Brother, Nieces, Nephews, and many relatives and friends etc- for decades, because of what Dr. Amos Wilson speaks of as the "alien consciousness" of belief systems! So my African conscious value system has been stymied and censured. Many Black people are uncomfortable with Black people loving only Black people, or when family members "actually practice" African Culture. Their lack of knowledge of self, or self hate, coupled with their western assimilation of Ageism, Sexism, patriarchy, whether your are a vegan or pork eater, and the acceptance or adoption of Western or Islamic Religious beliefs, make our people pious and defensive. I have even had family members sabotage my work. This assimilation compounded with systemic racism, becomes the Willie lynch-pin- divide and conquer strategy... Black people who are still asleep in the system, tend to believe the negative before the positive- about each other, and they only want to believe one side of the story, to form a judgement without hearing the other side, without critical thinking (Guilty before innocent.) So now, I, and many people like me, are socially ostracized, alone, vulnerable in a system that treats me like a beast-or vagrant, not a Queen! As People of African descent, we now make orphans, instead of villages...

Ultimately this onslaught, exile and fragmentation of our Black people, has destroyed us, by a severe lack of generational wealth and resources that are never passed down for the next generation. We must regain our commonwealth, access and influence for our future. We must unify as allies and allies with the global African diaspora, to establish a global economy. Our children's greatest loss is in this exile. When you go into exile- you have to start over- that is traumatizing...
We must return to our natural minds.

I wrote the following poem back in 1990, when I first ventured to adopt my own African Centered Identity.

In the late 1980s, I was Adopted into a Nigerian Yoruba Family, with the hopes that I would embrace the Ifa African system. In my introduction, I was taught that this Yoruba family could trace their linage to the Hausa, Dogon, Tuareg and KMT families, by bloodlines over generations. I was astounded to see the connections that led back to Ancient KMT and their ancient Mystery schools! I was then honored to be given the name Adenike.

I was introduced to many of the local African Centered Societies in my visits in America, with African Centered events, where I cultivated my Spirituality and Identity.

I learned to speak and write the ancient KMT Language, through Medu Neter classes with Sistar Rkhti Amen.

I learned that Our Indigo Akabalon Queen Mothers, are the Ankh matrix of all peoples and civilizations. I began a healing journey on my health and grew my own foods to pursue the vision and mission, to establish Amen Ankh Akademy built around an African Centered Eco-Gnome- resource-based economy.

I read Nation Building How To: By Sasteh Meter Mosley, and began to apply the knowledge, of the Khemtic way of life, one of the oldest Eco-Nomic societies that were spread across all continents, and is reflected in all indigo ancestries and cultures. I began this Practice for my life.

I give great honor and Love to Dr. Amos N. Wilson for his genius to pave the way to Recovering Our African Mind!

Maafa Syndrome - Black Doll White Dolls

Black Doll White Doll

I remember as a child, my dad had us regularly watching a T.V. show called "The 21st Century with Walter Cronkite." They narrated an excerpt of one of the most shocking documentary films that I had watched as a child, called the Black Doll White Doll studies. What first grabbed my attention, was watching Kenneth and Mamie Clarke, as they explained their research. This was the very first time that I had ever encountered scientists that looked like me or my Dad and Mom! So this documentary challenged my preconception that only Caucasoids were authority figures. After being subjected to so much hostility, growing up as a child who's dad was in the Air force, and living and going to school in predominantly caucasian environments, as a children, I was so impressed to see Malcolm X, The Black Panthers, Thurgood Marshall, Andrew Young, Sen. Julian Bond, Assata Shakur, Dr. Martin L. King and Coretta Scott King and Shirley Chisholm in the Civil Rights Movement.

Mamie Clark

Clark Doll Experiment

I remember how disturbing it was to see children prefer and choose non-Black dolls, time after time, when asked “who is prettier?” “Who is smart?” “Who is good?” Yet when they identified with themselves, they chose a black doll and they had such a disturbed look on their faces when they were asked to identify the dolls that looked like them, afterward. I remember Black dolls and Teddy bears among many things i had to play with as a child. I do recall playing with one long haired Hispanic doll. I also remember seeing a boy doll with a Mohawk hairstyle as a display.

The Doll study documentary was painful to watch. Even as a child, I was left with the impression that a profound imprint of self-hatred was present in very young Black children, and hatefulness and fear of Black Children and Black skinned adults in the minds of Caucasian adults and youth of other ethnicities, were marked on the psyche of all young children at birth.

 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kenneth_and_Mamie_Clark
Doll experiment

The Clarks' doll experiments grew out of Mamie Clark's master's degree thesis. They published three major papers between 1939 and 1940 on children's self-perception related to race. Their studies found contrasts among African-American children attending segregated schools in Washington, DC versus those in integrated schools in New York. The doll experiment involved a child being presented with two dolls. Both of these dolls were completely identical except for the skin and hair color. One doll was white with yellow hair, while the other was brown with black hair. The child was then asked questions inquiring as to which one is the doll they would play with, which one is the nice doll, which one looks bad, which one has the nicer color, etc. The experiment showed a clear preference for the white doll among all children in the study. These findings exposed internalized racism in African-American children, self-hatred that was more acute among children attending segregated schools. This research also paved the way for an increase in psychological research into areas of self-esteem and self-concept.
This work suggests that by its very nature, segregation harms children and, by extension, society at large, a suggestion that was exploited in several legal battles. The Clarks testified as expert witnesses in several school desegregation cases, including Briggs v. Elliott, which was later combined into the famous Brown v. Board of Education (1954). In 1954, Clark and Isidor Chein wrote a brief whose purpose was to supply evidence in the Brown v. Board of Education case underlining the damaging effects racial segregation had on African-American children. The Supreme Court declared that separate but equal in education was unconstitutional because it resulted in African American children having “a feeling of inferiority as to their status in the community"  This ended segregation in the public school systems. Regarding Brown, this question of psychological and psychic harm fit into a very particular historical window that allowed it to have formal traction in the first place. It wasn’t until a few decades prior (with the coming of Boas and other cultural anthropologists) that cultural and/ or social science research—and the questions that they invoked—would even be consulted by the courts and therefore able to influence decisions.
In 2005 filmmaker Kiri Davis recreated the doll study and documented it in a film entitled A Girl Like Me. Despite the many changes in some parts of society, Davis found the same results as did the Drs. Clark in their study of the late 1930s and early 1940s. In the original experiment(s) the majority of the children chose the white doll. When Davis repeated the experiment 15 out of 21 children also chose the white dolls over the black, giving similar reasons as the original subjects, associating white with being "pretty" or "good" and black with "ugly" or "bad". The dolls used in the documentary were identical except for skin color.

State Sen. Julian Bond
I began to be more careful and conscious of my treatment in life. How I was excluded in many ways from being allowed full membership in the US society. As a child, I remember feeling the sting of hatred in segregation, not being allowed to drink from water fountains when I was thirsty, or play on the public playgrounds, or swim, when other caucasian youths were present, I remember not being able to use the bathroom- (We had to hide in the bushes)... Or not being able to eat in grills or delis when my mother took us shopping. She would always pack a cold lunch. I remember riding in the back of buses.

Tuskegee Airmen

Being a Daughter of a Father with an Air Force career, we were stationed in many places in the US as well as Europe. I still recall being painfully teased, called "nigger" and bullied for my hair and complexion while in school, and how the teachers were often complicit with the students. I wore an Afro and as I rode the bus, students would spit and throw chewing gum in my hair. I remembered crying myself to sleep many nights. Then one day I looked in the mirror and told myself that I was created in the image of God and that everything God created was Good. So I thought that there must have been a special reason that my hair, skin, and body shape was made. I learned to embrace and accept myself naturally. My mother would try to hot comb my hair. She would say, "let me get into this kitchen". But I would sweat it out very quickly riding my bike or jumping rope. I preferred to wear natural Afro. The Black power movement and images were strong, way back in the 60s. I loved the Panthers. I use to think that people who wore their hair naturally, in braids, an Afro or coils of lox were very "cool", conscious and powerful. These youth images became my circle of influence. I respected the Black Panthers, Assata Shakur, Nina Simone, and Jimi Hendrix And Senator Shirley Chisholm- in her curly Afro.  I remember Stevie Wonder's Song about Black history. But I was not exposed To Black history from my teachers in the many schools that I attended, who were non-black. Over time as an adult, I discovered that for many, Afrocentricity was just a fashion statement and some were clueless to their own history about African Empowerment.

It was brought to my attention that the Clarks used their Experiments to justify Integration into public access in the School systems and housing. To think that Caucasians felt relatively safe with Indigo African people because they preferred and sympathized with Caucasians over their own people who were continually oppressed.

Another related issue of race supremacy is Cognitive Dissonance.
Dr. Frantz Fanon shared a famous quote:
I also came across many identity issue classifications due to racism.
One is *Maafa Syndrome - Noted from the cruel plantation system treatment of enslaved and imprisoned Melanin Peoples from the 18th Century, and presently.

(often referred to as Stockholm syndrome or capture-bonding, is a psychological phenomenon noted in World War I and II, in which hostages express empathy and sympathy for the slightest kindness from their captors. They identify and develop positive feelings toward of their captors, guards or bosses, sometimes to the point of defending the captors over fellow hostages, or incarcerated, often becoming model trustees to assist their captors.)

Maafa Syndrome is where an individual is so overcome with traumatic stress and cruelty (*Post Traumatic Slavery Syndrome, By Dr. Joy DeGruy- see definition below)  and other forms of physical and psychological tortures, they begin to attempt to conform and compromise for the sake of relief. They seek to find a way to appease their tormentors even though they are dehumanized and objectified as only the target of their tormentor's demented power and control. They begin to think that their captors are not to blame for the cruelty they are receiving. So, The victim conforms and completely identifies with their oppressors' image and ideals, emulating their mannerisms and speech patterns, and seeking any form of approval or crumb of consolation. They will often defend to the death their captor's goals and mission over their own freedom and value system and encourage others to do the same, even reporting them to authorities for seasoning or to punish them if they did not conform. This is colonialism and imperialism at it's worst!

*Maafa is a Swahili word for "terrible disaster."

*POST TRAUMATIC SLAVE SYNDROME
As a result of twelve years of quantitative and qualitative research, Dr. DeGruy has developed her theory of Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome, and published her findings in the book Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome – America’s Legacy of Enduring Injury and Healing”. The book addresses the residual impacts of generations of slavery and opens up the discussion of how the black community can use the strengths we have gained in the past to heal in the present.
WHAT IS P.T.S.S.?P.T.S.S. is a theory that explains the etiology of many of the adaptive survival behaviors in African American communities throughout the United States and the Diaspora. It is a condition that exists as a consequence of multigenerational oppression of Africans and their descendants resulting from centuries of chattel slavery. A form of slavery which was predicated on the belief that African Americans were inherently/genetically inferior to whites. This was then followed by institutionalized racism which continues to perpetuate injury.
Thus, resulting in M.A.P.:
  • M: Multigenerational trauma together with continued oppression;
  • A: Absence of opportunity to heal or access the benefits available in the society; leads to
  • P: Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome.

SOLUTIONS
Dr. Amos Wilson offered 5 challenging questions for people of African Descent, in order to awaken and reconnect with their re-acculturation to African Society; He asks:
What Language do you speak?
What Names do you answer to?
What Foods do you eat?
What Clothes do you wear?
Can You name 1 African God?

These questions are meant as a call to consciousness, to recognize the core of the assimilation process in a person, and how we can be able to transform and heal from mental enslavement.

I AM MY HAIR and SKIN-
MY SKIN and HAIR IS MY IDENTITY!

As a little girl, my Mom would hot comb my hair for church. l recall, sitting very still in a kitchen highchair, listening to the grease and my hair sizzle, crackle and pop, through the hot comb, and going through the fear of getting burned on my ears or face. I remember her saying, "let me get in this kitchen!" I lived in an integrated environment throughout my childhood, often bullied by caucasian children, who pulled and spat in my hair. Every day, I ran home from school to wash my hair. I remembered feeling sorry for myself. I hated school, and myself. Then I remembered one day crying, then wiping away my tears, and just looking in the mirror, and saying to myself, That God made me perfect, just the way I am... I learned to embrace myself... I remember the 70s era and watching many Indigo women wear their hair in Natural Afros, as an expression of Black power. I wore my natural Afro and refused to ever straighten my hair again. My mother bought me wigs to hide my hair at public events. She wanted me to conform and be accepted by Caucasians. Later, as an adult, I wore my hair in lox and embraced my KMT Ancient Afrikan Heritage. Now I reach out and teach other Afrikan Girls about natural living, health, and Wellness, whenever I can, using the Black Panther food program model, with Amen Ankh Akademy ACE Green STEAM Home School Network and You G.R.O.W.W. Girls- Teach a Girl, Heal a Nation… "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear." i have created a poem about my hair... Called: "ADENIKE My Crown Is Precious"

It's not just hair or skin... Black Nappy Hair is alive. Black Coiled hair is sacred. Our melanin-rich hair and skin are magnetic. Black hair is a living material and an extension of the body. Our Black nappy hair defies gravity! My Melanin skin is a carbon memory bank network. I have learned about auras and chakras and the healing powers of color and aromas. I apply meditation and Conscious breathing and diet as a way of life, to reconnect to the natural kingdom of the planet and the cosmos. Our natural coiled hair responds like an antenna or battery...  To change its natural order by dying, straightening and cutting, changes or nullifies its original intent by the creator to blindside our dexterity and ability to maneuver in the Nature Eco environment. All of our senses respond on a higher dimension. So, we sense the environment differently with melanin richness. Much like an acidic diet and negative stress calcifies the pineal gland, Altered hair and skin is destructive and disruptive to our balance in maneuvering in a hostile environment.

And yes, although the above statement is very true... Wearing Natural Braids, Afros, and Lox doesn't make a person “conscious.” Knowledge of self means not only knowing our great Afrakan* history, yet also, to be sensitive and intentional to practice and live our own culture, diet, languages, worldview, and Spirituality, is what gives us distinct living existence, Cultural unity, and empowerment. Only when we misunderstand and devalue our hair and skin; when we pollute and don’t take care to cherish and protect our body temple as a whole; And when we conform and assimilate with the stripping off of our natural phenotype, that we diminish our natural power.

To cover the natural melanin-rich coiled hair with an artificial weave is like covering our natural melanin skin with layers of plastic (nylon, acrylic, polyester, etc.) clothing and sunblock. we are wearing an artificial reality of other's energy.

To be conscious on the next level is to innerstand naturalness; but yes, there are many fake wannabes out there on both sides of the pendulum, who perpetrate black culture or who assimilate and deny black culture. To this day we still have those with "good hair" syndrome who covet for their children to have silky hair and light skin and to assimilate into the ways of an alien society because we don't look for or see ourselves as powerful.

I wear my hair in tight coils and lox because that is how it grows from my scalp. I don't want my hair to be construed as just a political statement. Talk to me if you want to know what I think. Don't look at my hair, and imagine what I might be thinking. Let my Appearance be a teachable moment.
There is a natural order that we are born with if the order is disturbed it can interrupt your body's full potential.  I'm not attacking you or anyone.
But I have seen beautiful sistars losing their natural hair due to unnatural manipulation. The base on most hair bleaches and relaxers is lye and formaldehyde. Lye is a caustic substance, commonly used as drain cleaner. When you combine that with fat, you make soap. In many cases, baldness has occurred due to the excessive use of chemicals on the scalp. These chemicals are being absorbed through the skin like a nicotine patch, actually destroying the living skin down to the skull and into the blood/brain barrier to the pineal gland.

BLACK Love is loving and accepting ourselves

BLACK Love is loving and accepting ourselves with self-knowledge in the midst of haters, bigots, racial profiling, prejudice, Ignorance, Classism, Racism, and/or others who might be your family members with self-hate.

Yes, focus on black love... Love your black hair in spite of the fact that the world thinks it's ugly, love your black skin... I want all the sistars and brothers, Queens and Kings to love themselves.

I think the whole body, mind, and soul matters,... all incorrect balance. Yes, WE must focus on black love... Black Love Matters, Black Lives Matter, Black Money Matters! Love your black hair in spite of what the world thinks.  Love your black skin... I want all the Sistars and Brother Suns, Queens and Kings to love themselves. Respect their Ancestors, Elders and Know our Historic culture and civilizations.

We need to pay more attention to our Black children's minds...
Our youth are forced to process a sick and dying world of race supremacy.

Our Black Girls are our foundation. As you teach a girl you heal a nation.

Our whole body matters, mind, body, and soul... We must live in the correct balance.

When women are talking about something of great importance to them, listen. We are Ankh Wombs of creation. We are the first teachers of our children, as they live inside the womb, as we feed them from our nipples, and from the wellness choices, attitudes and conditioning that we carry.
With love comes dignity and self-respect.

Nuta Beqsu (heaven gives me balance) will be programmed into conscious spirit, to produce thought sequences to direct a course of action as the way to achieve successfulness in life. Visualization is thought converted into a pleasurable visual image(s) to achieve a goal and/or purpose. We connect with Divine Power to guide and direct our pathways. As a divine name is spoken the receiver has unity of direction in life. Her name reflects her Destiny. So, the sights, Sounds, envisions, smells and colors associated with a divine name will give guidance in her pathway. Black Men Are KRST

Black Men are KRST

The US Eats their Indigo Children!

While many Black Afrikan Original Families have accepted and succumbed to the alien inception of a post racial society, in parallel, there is a silent Revolution brewing where our Youth are rising to their highest version. So, instead of self-policing and protecting their own autonomous Black Families and neighborhoods, the push for integration allowed psychopaths to invade and destroy what remains a destitute corral of black people, predominantly the weak, poor, and Elderly, who lick themselves into houses, or live in the toxic environments of tail pipe emission, and Asbestos. Overwhelmingly, our single parent mothers are defenseless, having their suns run their households, because of the welfare system's effect of single parents, pushing fathers out of their households. As our Black Men and fathers fight to stay out of the claws of the prison industrial-neo-slavery machines. Many Black Boule` families are also scattered in integrated communities, or fostered or adopted by caucasian people who incept their middle class values on our Black gifted and talented youth. Yet no matter where they are or what station or class Afrikan original people have achieved in this world, they are still statically stereotyped as potential suspects and non-human.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated after he said: "...But I've come to believe we're integrating into a burning house." We have to build our own Black Autonomy that we protect ourselves. Our youth are the walking wounded corralled into a war zone for genocide. Our youth are suffering from PTSD and an overload of mis-information. Many of the adults around them who are socialized into the psychopathy of a toxic enemy mind, do not offer any solutions. They are hollow, unconscious, stripped of their own culture and self knowledge. All that our adults have to offer are platitudes, prayer vigils, and 3 ON 3 basketball events.

Our Black men are living in this time of wholesale murder by the authorities of this society. They are suffering from a living death, as human sacrifices, to perpetuate an Isfit (chaos) world of Imperialism.
When we see our Black men wearing these "counterfeit Christ" death symbols, that glorify the execution and suffering of a roman caricature construct- Je-w+Zeus, while ignoring the ongoing suffering of all of our own young Black men, and an ever-widening gap filled with poor people. We can see how All of Our Black Men have been rendered unconscious by the anti-KRST who is here in the world, and actually serve as willing slaughtered lambs. They don't see that they are really the Black KRST Heru warriors, because they are blinded by the dysfunctional fictitious character that hides an alien agenda of dead stone, blue-eyed demonic charade, and who masquerades into the psyche of our youth, in most cases by their own family members- mothers, aunts, and fathers who choose to daily drink from the weakened milk of a better world, after they die.

Many of our people suffer from a severe mental illness, that I call Maafa Syndrome. Maafa Syndrome is the total identification with an abuser, for the hope of favor. Maafa syndrome occurred in many Indigo peoples, long before what is known as Stockholm Syndrome.

From youth, our Indigo KRSTs have been mentally enslaved to daily maintain this false illusion of the status quote of Isfit (confusion, chaos, mayhem) Maafa (A terrible disaster) and imperialism for more than the past 2000 year world paradigm... Our Black Lives are the Martyrs of prophecy Revelations 6:9-11

KRST stands for *Ka- Immortal Eternal Soul, Life Force *Ra- Sun Creation, Enlightened *Sa- Protector, Bes *Ta- Land, Kingdom.

The alien counterfeit religions of this world have built false institutions to direct our men to be slaughtered in mind body and soul. Our families, while ignorantly supporting these religious institutions, continue to lie to our children using the fantasy perversions of our own native cultural seasonal celebrations- with Santa Claus, Christmas replaces the Winter Solstice and the birth of Heru; the Easter Bunny, and St Patrick, replaces the Vernal Equinox; and the presence of Bes the Twa man all over the world; Jack-O-Lanterns, Halloween and the tooth Fairy, take the place of our harvest celebrations, Ancestral remembrances, and the Autumnal Equinox; so that our youth grow up to then embrace more false platitudes of allegiance, to US patriotism, Maritime Law and justice, Caucasian Superman/Savior,- that are bias, bigoted, racist, and sexist.

Armageddon T-Rump and the Mass Murderers of Indigo Peoples

Our youth are corralled into a slaughterhouse for their own annihilation. As long as we choose to follow the false alien values and belief systems of these religions, we shall always hear about the Trayvons and Emmett Tills- lynchings from 3rd Grade defective educational systems- to the prison and military-industrial complex, while our youth are invited to shoot a ball through a basket. This reminds me of the Afrikan/Aztec/Mayan sacrifices Sending their Army of soul-diers into the future- in the latter days of decline in the civilization, with death sacrifice on a daily bases, as their children kicked the skulls of the sacrificed around as pastime footballs!

Our youth and Men are the bloody mortar cement for their building stones and the grinding grease for their machinery,
perpetually targeted by the color of their skin and texture of their hair...

Our Children need to feel respected and valued in their own life with their own cultural centered, values and beliefs. We often try to acculturate our Pre-Teens into this isfit, chaos, alien pseudo value system because we don't recognize or know ourselves, or we have rejected our own ways through brainwashing and ignorance. Our story is still not written or recognized in the textbooks of their institutions. This system has no respect or relationship to our own cultural values. You can set a youth into an unhealthy spiral of power and control conflicts, to crush their spirit and self-esteem, or have them grow to hate all authority figures... Sometimes we "Willie Lynch" our own children "for massa" and instill dysfunctional ideas that destroy their adult lives and relationships...

It was our KRST Consciousness that enabled us to live naturally and in spiritual communion with nature, But we were deceived by those who pretended to come in peace, and they replaced our KRST Consciousness with Roman Catholic patriarchy and protestant Christianity, that replaces our higher consciousness with the idolatry of a Caucasian man. As a result, we have been powerless ever since. We were tricked into attaching ourselves to their counterfeit belief systems, denominations, and cult-religions that only "sounds' like that which empowers us.

Our youth are the walking wounded corralled into a war zone for genocide. Our youth are suffering from PTSD and an overload of misinformation. Many of the adults around them who are socialized into the psychopathy of a toxic enemy mind, do not offer any solutions. They are hollow, unconscious, stripped of their own culture, and self-knowledge. All that our adults have to offer are platitudes, prayer vigils, and 3-on-3 basketball games.

KRSTs or the youth coming into the consciousness of their Natural ancient original ways of life. They have chosen to move towards nature, balance, cooperative, harmonious spiritual ways. They are our Indigo Golden Herus, finding and rebuilding the 14 pieces of Ausar.

The difference between a KRST and a "Christ" is -KRST consciousness, that opened the way in our cultural understanding of the cosmos, to create a culture that enabled us to live in harmony with creation in a natural balance and in spiritual communion with the natural world. We were deceived by those who invaded our residences, pretending to come in peace, then they replaced our KRST consciousness with the man-made Christian religion, and as a result, we have been powerless and impotent ever since. We were even taught to despise and reject our own beliefs and value systems, that were plagiarized and written right in their holy books, as false teachers, deceivers witchcraft, hoodoo, and trivial. We were tricked and bamboozled into attaching ourselves to their counterfeit religions, thinking that their way is more empowering than our own. In the U.S. there was a generational degrade of our people over time, where we were stripped of our land, resources, culture- language, philosophy, connection with our spiritual understanding. When you wipe the mind of any connection or relationship- It is easy to then incept and replace ideas. Words have power. Lies have cataclysmic, damaging effects. The moment that we begin to accept lies and false inceptions, our body and mind begin to change. We are under attack by autoimmune diseases. Our immune system does not bother to distinguish between fact or fantasy. Our consciousness no longer questions the truth or lies. It only reacts to what it is given.  That is why they attack our naive children and get the parents to go along with- an Easter bunny laying colored eggs, Halloween Trick-a-Trunks, and a fat white-bearded man magically appearing in our homes to replace our parental authority, economics, and leadership. We are actually dysfunctionally co-depending on a foreign alien personification, rather than our own collective consciousness and Ancestors. It seems familiar because their system was co-opted from our own! Yet, there is something skewed and inert about their structure. Maybe it is because of their calcified pineal gland. Like a father born with no eyes trying to explain to his sighted child, everything he knows about vision. Some children love their Father so much that they will take out their own eyes to be like their father rather than to see the real world! This reminds me of the Eagle and the pigeon story or the Ugly Duckling story- How a Beautiful Black swan, crippled herself to be like a duck, until she found her own flock. Black people have taken swine entrails that were given to us to enslave and degrade our consciousness, and attempted to make them into a palatable gourmet delicacy- Yet in reality, we are actually feeding our children and inviting into our sacred temple, the lowest foulest piece of animal carcass- swine intestine entrails- instead of growing our own foods and feeding our temples and mind the abundance and variety of nutritious and healthy foods... Yet most are not even eating food- they are only drinking milk/pus.

"Only cowardly, blinded, ignorant men (and mothers) see their children under attack and join the attackers. Our children are suffering, and acting and lashing out. All we do is suppress them even more. We have not succeeded in constructing the institutions and organizations to heal them and direct their Righteous Anger, so they spiral down and fall into the traps that our enemies set for them. Then we stand over the pit and shame them for falling. This is Disgraceful."

"Our youth don't owe us shit, we owe them an apology, and a promise that we will retake the world for them.-" Diallo Kenyatta-

It is often unpleasant to be moved out of one's comfort zone. To realize that they are believing a lie, and to see the error of one's ways, can sometimes be very traumatic. Then, to also recognize that their parents, friends, and family have virtually lied to them in their innocence and ignorance. This is called Cognitive Dissonance. Yet, as our Black men and women will fight to their death, thinking they are martyrs for their slave master's belief system, to continue to lead our youth into this fraudulent circle jerk of an alien patriarchy. We thereby enable and empower our adversaries in the mind, body/temple and soul of each generation. We must move from drinking the milk/pus of our oppressors- to eating the meat of our own Black African Ancestors and way of life.

I have coined the phrase "MAAFA SYNDROME because this syndrome was embedded into the Afrikan Diaspora long before this western Stockholm
psychological description...

Our Indigo crystal Youth ARE KRSTs! KRST stands for
*Ka- Immortal Eternal Soul- Life Force
*Ra- Sun Creation, enlightened
*Sa- Protector, Bes
*Ta- Land, Sanctuary, Kingdom.

The KRST HERUs are returning in our youth in our lifetime! Respect the real Trinity of Auset-Heru and Ausar!

Y/Our job as awakened conscious Men- Fathers, Brothers, Uncles, (and Mothers, Sisters, Auntie) and Teachers, is to unite, awaken and teach our youth how to recognize and resist this anti-KRST, then to Re-Member and show them by example, how to be and live as true KRST/Heru- who vanquished the assault of his father Ausar -by destroying Set and reuniting the 14 pieces of Ausar!...
