However we count it all joy. As I was packing up our Rosehip(these things take FOREVER to dry out.. we do it old skool). I remember I had some Rosehip jam in the freezer from last year! Rosehip are the little gifts you get from roses lol. They maybe small but they are definitely mighty! It is also good for strengthening the immune system, protecting the skin easing chronic pain, and optimizing the digestive system. The many health benefits available from rosehips are due to the presence of vitamins B,C, and E. Rosehip Tea is beneficial if you suffer from a weak immune system, skin conditions, chronic pain,indigestion, high toxicity levels, arthritis, gout, inflammatory conditions, high cholesterol, and hypertension, or if you are at an increased risk of heart disease or cancer.  Icebox Rosehip Jam  1 cup trimmed and seeded rose hips   ¾ cup water  3 tablespoons lemon juice  2 cups organic sugar  1 package powdered fruit pectin  ¾ cup water How it’s done.. Put your rosehips, water and lemon juice in a blender, blend until smooth. There’s always small bits of rose hips skin left I just leave them in there. Slowly add the sugar while blender is running. Blend until sugar is dissolved. Now stir pectin into your last 3/4 cup water in a saucepan. Boil it on high for a 1 min or so. Carefully pour in the rose hip mixture. Now pour into small glass jars with lids. Store in the in the icebox. Jam last a month or so in the icebox, but can keep for a year in the freezer for up to a year! PEACH TREE LEAVES
