Every Day Is Mother’s Day

Mothers Day Message
to all the Kandaki Ma and Sistars
You’re the Greatest!

Often times we forget what it takes to be a Mother, to bring LIFE through the vortex of space, and to be a vessel used for the flow of life thru this iteration.  So many take their lives for granted. This is a very important truth and one of the greatest challenges that women who looks like the triple blackness of space, Earth, the trees, the new moon night, Chocolate, Cloves and Cinnamon will face.  Life, must continue into the future. our DNA are our Ancestars! We honor our Kandaki- Queens!

https://adenike-amenra.pixels.com/featured/mothers-are-heaven-on-earth-adenike-amenra.html

I was inspired to write this poem for Motherhood. The iconic image of Auset and Heru transformed into a Madonna and Child has traveled around the earth.

To become a Mother is beautiful

A reminder to women who may look at their body and finds it flawed: these are prehistoric carvings of The Queen Mother of the Universe. These represent the epitome of feminine beauty to those we seek to emulate when we go on “paleo” diets. Not a flat tummy, thigh gap, or gravity-defying breast among them.

These are bodies that are unique to their owners, and contain stories of Motherhood, desire, creation, hardship, and perseverance. These are bodies that are ready to hold you as you cry. These are bodies that worked every day to provide nourishment, resources and guidance to their communities while also caring for the next generation. They supported one another in their labor, holding one another’s babies while they worked crafting tools, collecting water & singing songs to teach the young about the goddesses they so closely resembled.

And these carvings weren’t found in just one area. They’ve been discovered nearly everywhere humanity has settled and thrived. Which means there was a time when womanhood, in all her power and capacity, was revered not as merely a sexual novelty or shunned as sinful temptation, but seen as a source of inspiration to create, to connect, and to find courage.

Today, our patriarchal society reveres conformity in women over all. It demands that women strive to achieve and maintain a form that resembles a girl. Society views our women’s bodies must look perpetually untouched, unspoiled, a blank slate for a man to claim and use and write his own story upon. Instead of Appreciating women as they are, they scrutinize and discard them as never good enough. The more we strive to conform, the more we give up control of our bodies.

So have comfort, women: with each fat roll and jiggle you gain as you move forward in time, you come closer to resembling the goddess as she originally appeared in the hearts of humanity. She lives in you and longs to be seen and revered as she was before. And you deserve to be worshipped.

Our girls do not know the challenges we face. To become a mother is to accomplish the first step  in the biggest challenge we have living life.

It takes courage to stand against the constant chorus barking against you,  for the fear of abandonment, from the hatefulness, and for standing silently against alienating lifestyles being projected towards you.  If you will allow the power within you to create the ultimate accomplishments of your LIFE for the future we must take time to breathe…..

Our creation of Life comes in small bundles with ten fingers and ten toes. We take our bundles of life and wrap our hearts around them. We hold Our bundles closely as we head down the field of life in the murky quicksand, and raining waters of the world, to the goal line of adulthood. We weave our way with our bundles of JOY through the often challenging transformations of life process. Our bundles goes thru the early stages of development to becoming a mature Being….

A being that is strong enough, to stand against the challenges this world will use against it to rob their Lives…

To be a Mother of Life,  is to be a warrior for Life and we forget our powers of Life with Nature as our greatest fan. Often times this is forgotten-

To be a Mother and reach the Goal Line of adulthood is Our Greatest Accomplishment.

We wear the symbol of the KMT womb of all Mankind- The ANKH!

As we are souls having a human experience, our womb knits a sacred vessel around a spirit of a person.

This person is a sacred temple for abundant life experiences. We must find our purpose and fulfill our destiny. We must cultivate and preserve our health, pursue our careers, and cherish our relationships

Tupac:”Dear Mama You are appreciated!”

Ancient True Story of The Winter Solstice

For the ancient African societies known as KMT-Kemet, December 25 was an age-old day of celebration, dating back several millennia- celebrating the birth or if you wish, the re-birth of the Sun, which had apparently disappeared at the zero hour of December 21st.
The Winter Solstice is an annual event horizon that marks the lowest point of the Sun, then marks the longest night, and accordingly, the shortest days of the year. Conversely, The Summer Solstice marks the the highest point of the Sun and the longest days of the year and is happening simultaneously in the southern hemisphere.

The Autumnal Equinox in September marks the equal length of the days and nights, then the incremental shortening of the days and lengthening of the nights until it gets really noticeable on December 20th.
One could say that the Sun was literally dead between Dec. 21 and the 24th, to be re-born or resurrected on December 25, after 4 days!
Dying and resurrecting after 3*4 days is a theme that is quite familiar to Christians for Easter. ("And the evening and the morning were the first day")

So the origin of the Holy days of the Winter Solstice truly lies in the "dark continent" of Africa.
By the way, “Christ“ is a title meaning the “Anointed One“.
The etymological root word “KARAST“ came from the process of embalming mummies in Ancient Egypt, which entailed “anointing“ by oil before burial.
Ausar was the KRST, thousands of years before the Western world and the Greeks usurped that designation of KRST from the East.
So KRST is the abbreviation of the Heka sounds of power: Ka Ra Sa Ta!

KA RA YA SA TA AA LA (KRYSTAL) is a process (verb) of encryption. KA RA YA SA TA HA LA (KRYST HALA or Krystallah) is the end result (noun) male/female merged Risen Christ Body. The Krystal suggests that sounding or communicating with these tones in meditation, prayer, music or breathwork is helpful. When the tones of KA RA YA SA TA AA LA (KRYSTAL) are woven into a complete pattern, they are an actual “Merkaba” Spirit Body. This haka releases supernatural Brainwave Power.

The tradition of celebrating December 25 as the birthday of the African deities Ra or Ausar, or his Son Heru (Father and Son are One!) was prevalent and so strong at the advent of Western Christianity that the Christian Church fathers had to shift THEIR Christmas to the same date of the Africans, ostensibly to eclipse the original.
One should not forget that the Romans had the political intention and military might to enforce their agenda on the Africans who resisted.
Emperors Constantine and Theodosius had banned the African KRST religion under penalty of death. They used their  military and zealots to destroyed and renamed their temples, kill their priests, and consigned African religion to the privacy of their homes!
So, when you see a Caucasian depiction of Madonna and child (Mary holding child Jesus) somewhere, you have to know that the original was Indigo Melanin: Auset and Heru.
The name Jesus is not too far away from the old Egyptian (Kemet) original : Iu-su:  the ever-becoming son.

Mary, Maria, and Miriam are all adulterations of the African Ma-Ra Neteru and "Meri", meaning the “Beloved One“. Ma Ra stands for Ma- the ancient foundational Universe of Stars and all incomposing triple blackness of space. Tefnut came later in time to be the mother of The Sun-star-RA. Tefnut swallows Ra every evening and gives birth every Sunrise.
Millions of Black people grow up with Western Caucasian/Aryan images of God, Mary, and Jesus in their heads, leaving us thinking white is good, and black is bad!
What that does to our children's psyche and vulnerability can be seen in their 2000 years of tribulation since they assimilated with the Western world.
People, (Greeks/Romans) who copied their spirituality came back hundreds of years later to brutally enslave, christianize and Islamize them, calling them  and their ancestral heritage primitive and barbaric.
That is paradoxically ironic!
That is why it is pertinent for Black people to re-discover their true history to better appreciate themselves and view foreign influences in proper perspective!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS 🧐

Black Love- When A Woman Loves A Man

Black Love- When A Woman Loves A Man-

HOW TO CALM YOUR MAN'S MIND

1. MAKE LOVE TO HIM
There are many ways to show love, affection, friendship, connection, and attraction. LOVE IS A VERB! You can make love to your man all day long in the little and big things you do. This can be a prelude for strong bonds, mutual memories and trust. Intimacy, privacy, and quality time are important. Sex has a way of relaxing a man. Men want to feel desirable just like you do. You will change his mood when you make love to him, especially if you are the one who seduces him and initiates it. Look intentionally at him. Stare, smile, speak sweetly, and playfully. Leave poetry, jokes and inspirational messages like breadcrumb trails.

2.  ASK HIM HOW HE IS
Most women want their man to ask them "How was your day?", "How did you sleep?" "How are you?" yet they rarely ask the husband these. If these questions make you feel cared for, your man also wants to feel cared for. Kiss him goodbye and Celebrate his Arrival home!

3. FEED HIM!
Health is Wealth. Your food is your medicine. Every fruit, Herb, and Vegetable that you grow or select is alive with purpose.  Cultivate a garden in your windowsill, and grow micro greens to add vital nutrients and freshness to your meals, especially during the winter. Limit eating out or grabbing fast foods,  unless you are intentionally eating with family and friends.  As you make those home-prepared meals, you are sending your love energy with every touch, slice, and spoonful. Speak Life. Play some nurturing music or sing, and pray happy thoughts as you prepare.

4. MAKE YOUR HOME A PEACE-ZONE
Welcome Your man home. If coming home to you is coming home to yet another argument, conflict, and fight where you explode and turn everything into an issue, the minute he walks into the room, he will dread coming home and it hurts when the home is a place to run away from, not to run to. Communication is Key. What is your Love Language?

5. BLESS YOUR HOME -MAKE A CLEAN ORGANIZED ENVIRONMENT
Men like what they see. Having an inviting space to come home to as a couple is relaxing and inspiring. Memories are made from the senses.  Have all of his senses stimulated: sight, sounds, smells, tastes, and touch. It is important to have empty resting spaces to rest your eyes. Colors are integral to your life. There are family crests, and colors tied to your destiny, health, relationship and career, connect to a community cultural/spiritual leader for advice. Learn about Feng Shui- wind and water flow of energy, placement and movement in space. Bring Live house plants into your home. Plants clean the air and provide oxygen. Herbal potted plants can provide fresh live nutrients to your foods.

A disorganized home is a breeding ground for stress, cortisol, depression, and disease.
A lot of men can be disorganized, especially when they are going through a lot in life or have a lot on their minds. This chaos in their system, dressing, schedule, or environment can lead to more unease in their mind. When you help him clear the clutter and attend to some of his needs without him asking, he will think better. Don't throw out his lucky ugly sweaters

6. LET HIM HAVE HIS MAN CAVE
Most men have a man cave. This is an activity they do or a place they go to, perhaps a room; maybe to play a game, watch TV, meditate and think, write, read, create, work out, or just be. Let him have this, just agree with him on how he can balance his time so that he doesn't spend too many hours in his man cave

7. PRAY FOR HIM
There is something about the old adage: “The family that prays together stays together.” Being on one accord with your spiritual Beliefs are a significant source for connection, friendship, and foundation. It is important to understand one another’s relationship with Values and cultural principles. Ceremonies, shrines, family gatherings, and Cultural Communities are important. Pray for  him. You are the one who knows best his potential, struggles, battles, and questions; commit him to prayer. Let him hear you pray for him. Invite him to pray with you. Ask the Great Spirit to bless your food.

8. HELP HIM OUT FINANCIALLY
A lot of men are going through stress due to finances. Help him, by not putting pressure on him to give the family a lifestyle he can't afford at present, by helping to pay some of the bills, by helping him manage finances better, by saving and seeking long-term investments, and by stepping up, especially when he has been fired or going through business losses

9. AFFIRM HIM
A man can get tired, a man can go through burnout, a man can question himself, a man can worry, and a man can get discouraged; which is why you need to remind him of his greatness, celebrate his achievements and tell him how proud you are of him. This motivates him

10. STAY FAITHFUL TO HIM
Nothing destabilizes a man like when he suspects or finds out that the woman he loves and has given his all to is entertaining, flirting, sleeping with, or longing to be with another man. Spare him this torture

11. BE EASY TO TALK TO
Most men show a tough face and don't open up to anyone because they trust no one. This is how many of them go through depression and suffer in silence. They long to find a confidant to who they can reveal themselves and their deepest joys and pain; be that confidant. Trust is primary. Again, Learn your Love Language.

12. SMILE
The smile of the woman a man loves keeps him going. Your smile inspires him and makes him want to do more for you to keep it

13. KISS HIM
Kissing him shows affection. Kiss him not just on his lips, but kiss his cheeks, his arms, his back as you tell him you love him.

14. HOLD HIS HAND(S)
There is power in the human touch. Your touch is healing. Your right hand sends energy, and Your left hand receives energy. Touching hands connect you like a conduit. ("Relay" - Relationship)

15. MASSAGE HIM
Home massages are the best. Invest in some good massage oils and ask him occasionally to lie down and give him a feel-good massage. Lie down too so that he can return the favor. Again respect the power of the human touch

16. MAKE A LOVE DIARY
write a journal of your happy, Joy, and Laughter memories,; Dreams, Ideas, plans, and wishes. Sometimes it is helpful to write out your frustrations, disappointments, etc. then go back later to read them. Time can give a new perspective. If you have fulfilled your written expressions, burn them in a fire. If you are inspired. publish.

16. MAKE NEW MEMORIES WITH HIM
When he is spending time with you - face to face or online, make new memories together; joke with him, tease him, play with him, have stimulating conversations with him, and do something new. This will recharge him and make him miss you when you two are apart

17. LET HIM BE ENOUGH
It is important to a man that he feels that he is enough for you. It is important to allow him love you, to allow him to set the pace and stage and then to live within his means. Yes, you can encourage him  and create a path to bring out the best in him. Yet there is a balance between inspiration and being the wind beneath his wings, or "Changing" him.  No one want to be trapped under some pre conceived "Keeping up with the Jones" model. accept him as his true authentic self. Never throw his weaknesses into his face.

You will feel the magic in your relationship❤💖

Kamet's Tree is Chemistry

The Baobab Tree of Life!

There’s something sacred about Baobab Trees.

For quite a while, I have been fascinated with the image of the baobab tree. Trees and plant life have always been a facination in my mind.

The Baobab Tree reminds me of the Story of Ausar.

http://amen-parankh.blogspot.com/2016/12/the-ausar-resurrection.html

Goddess Nut, the mother of the Stars, created 4 days at the end of the year by giving birth to 4 children, Ausar (December 21st), Auset his wife (December 22nd), Sistar Het Heru (December 23rd) and his Brother Set (December 24th). Ausar became a benevolent ruler of the planet, who brought great abundance and prosperity. He created Heaven on Earth. Set, the baby brother was very spoiled and selfish. He grew jealous of Ausar's popularity and thought he could steal his brother's kingdom and fame.
One day, Ausar and Auset had a grand wedding feast. Set had a gold lined Chest carved for Ausar's wedding gift. He convinced Ausar to collaborate in a magic trick, and had Ausar lay inside the heavy Golden Chest. Set immediately locked Ausar alive in the Chest, and dump him into the Nile river! Distraught, in grief and horror, Auset was never able to consummate her marriage! She ran away and went to the Nile river, looking for her husband until days turned into weeks and weeks into months.

Even in death, Ausar made his presence known in abundance and prosperity! Auset finally learned that Ausar's wooden chest had grown into a great Baobab tree of Life right off a bank of the Nile river. All of the land around the tree grew prosperous and abundant. A farmer built his compound and community around the Baobab tree. The tree was so large, part of the trunk was carved into the farmer's bedchambers, where his newborn sun was born. So, Auset humbled herself and was hired as a nursemaid for the Farmer's wife. She finally convinced the farmer's family to dig down to the roots of the tree to remove her husband's body.

Ausar symbolizes all things green and growing.
Ausar represents the morning sunrise.
Ausar represents the 1st day of the Winter Solstice (Dec. 21st)
Ausar also represents the greatest version of ourselves- to endure and overcome all obstacles.
Ausar is anything in nature that lives, then dies, then is reborn.
Ausar also represents Every discipline and thriving achievement manifesting from humanity, found all over the globe!

This is a deeply spiritual principle caught in Our-Story of Ancient African Intelligent design and the foundation of all civilizations. The principle is this:
In life you can go through some difficult times. In order to change the circumstances a “new you” (Heru) has to be reborn. The “old you” (Set) has to die and it might even break you up. But even in the death of the “old you” life contains the seed germ (Ausar) of the “new you(Heru).” You may not see the germination stage while underground but then you are resurrected and reborn into a new and stronger self.

In other words, Life/Shift Happens- the rotten things (fertilizer) you go through in life helps you grow.

I was introduced to the baobab tree in the story of the Little Prince by Antoine de Saint Exupery.

The symbolism and allegory of the tree is rich with meaning and helps me to think of metaphysical axes.

It is hard not to marvel at the awesome possibilities of growth that these trees show yet paradoxically they are the upside down tree.

Knowledge and wisdom are like the trunk of the baobab tree.

No one person's arm span is great enough to encompass them.

Saying from Ghana

There are many myths and legend about the Baobab tree:

One African legend of the Baobab tree describes what happens if you are never satisfied with what you have:

"The baobab was among the first trees to appear on the land. Next came the slender, graceful palm tree. When the baobab saw the palm tree, it cried out that it wanted to be taller.
Then the beautiful flame tree appeared with its red flower and the baobab was envious for flower blossoms.
When the baobab saw the magnificent fig tree, it prayed for fruit as well. God became tired of the complaints and so yanked it up by its roots, and placed it upside down to keep it quiet."
All the animals were alarmed, and so was the huge tree. For after that, the magnificent tree only grew leaves once a year.
The other months the roots seemed to bend and grow towards the sky.

“Trees are poems the earth writes upon the sky; we fell them down and turn them into paper, that we may record our emptiness.” Khalil Gibran

The baobab is one of nature's remarkable creations and has evolved to make maximum use of the scarce resources around it, just like I imagine the early church to have been.

It is among the largest and longest lived trees on earth capable of growing to 98 feet tall and 36 - 60 feet wide.

It can survive long periods of drought with it's massive sponge like trunk that
which can be hollowed out to provide shelter.

The Baobab Tree is Kemet's Tree (Chemistry)!

When in leaf, its fruit provides Vitamin C and the leaves Vitamin A and it has more calcium than cow's milk.

It provides shade for all living things in the sub Saharan heat.

For millennia the baobab tree has provided a Market Place and a meeting place for dialogue,
sharing stories and debate of important issues and ideas.

It can undergo a huge amount of mutilation, and still continue to thrive and heal.

For some cultures it is the tree under which man was born.

It is a symbol of endurance, conservation, creativity, ingenuity and dialogue.

The great baobab tree — the tree of rest and resolution.

The five leaves of the Baobab Tree resemble an outstretched hand, hence its Latin name Adansonia Digitata, as if reaching out in friendship.

Baobabs create their own ecosystem with hollowed-out trunks, leaves, foliage, nectar, fruit, and bark providing habitats for many different creatures. This tree thrives in diversity.

The baobab's bark, leaves, fruit, and trunk are all used. The bark of the baobab is used for cloth and rope, the leaves for condiments and medicines, while the fruit, called "monkey bread", is eaten. Sometimes people live inside of the huge trunks, and bush-babies live in the crown.

It is not very often that you see a Baobab tree picture with leaves on the tree, usually only seen in a short rainy season for a couple of months.
Some baobabs can store up to 120,000 gallons of water from the rainy season to sustain themselves through the dry times.

When the long dry season returns the trees drop their leaves.

A tree of life...redeeming, restoring...making all things new.
A tree that thinks of heaven.....
that provides so much for many

The tree holds out hope that whole cultures will be healed and mended, becoming places where people can flourish and it sets an agenda for faith as a way of life that contributes to that flourishing, in anticipation, here and now."
The baobab tree— the source of sustenance, spirituality, medicine, fuel, and identity for the villagers.

Rest of this wonderful review of it is here
Another extract from a film review from The Japan times says :

"For his new film, he went to the village of Touba Toul, 30 km west of Dakar, where he recorded the changing of the seasons and the planting of millet and peanuts, the two main crops. His focus, though, is the still abundant baobab.
The villagers feed the leaves to their animals, or dry and pound them into a nutritious powder called lalo; they pick up its fallen twigs for firewood, while using its bark to make rope, its pulp to make juice and its roots to make medicine; and they commune with the spirits of the dead that are said to inhabit it.

More and more Senegalese see the baobab not as a source of natural riches and spirituality, but as an impediment to the latest strip mine or real-estate scheme."

Let's sit down under the baobab tree
Man woman and child to discourse

Cover Your Waist Beads SiStar

Cover Your waist-beads Sistar...
They are not for public display.
I know you love the fashion and colors;
But please. Don’t Play
Please don't forget our Ancient Ancestral context that says,
“Waist beads are Sacred and Blessed Amulets.”
A tradition we won’t let pass away.

Waist beads hold cultural significance in various African societies. They can symbolize femininity, fertility, spirituality, and are often worn as a form of adornment or during traditional ceremonies. Additionally, some women cultures believe that they have healing or protective properties. The reasons can vary widely based on cultural practices and personal beliefs within different African communities.

It is critically important to AfriKan American families that we preserve, and perpetuate our distinctive heritage and culture.

Within the Amen Par Ankh Nome society,

Waist Beads are intentionally to be worn underneath the clothing and only to be seen privately by girls during Rites of passage rituals, briefly during private moments around family members, and private occasions around a woman's husband or mates"...
They are a part of your underwear and lingerie. We use the Metu Neter Reading Deck to determine a member's Destiny, Health Career and Relationship. Each paradigm will hold attributes to 5 senses of colors, fragrances, Sounds/Chants, foods, drinks and symbols/patterns. So the colors and amulet meaning will be revealed uniquely.

The significance of waist beads is rooted in the belief that they protect their wearer and bring favor to the wearer. Each color represents the wearer’s Purpose, health, fertility blessing and or relationship.
.
Waist beads also serve as a symbol of wealth, beauty, fertility, and strength. And even if a pregnant woman wears them, it becomes a protection for her growing baby. The visibility of your waist beads can blindly provoke unwanted attention
So before you follow the trend, understand the cultural and cosmic order and requirements of wearing them.

The Symbolism and meaning of Waist Bead Colors

Oh, the colors! If waist beads were a language, colors would be their words. Each hue, a story. Let me break it down for you (and yes, I’ve got a little chart up my sleeve):
  • Red: Often symbolizes power, passion, blood sacrificed, and courage. It’s associated with energy and vitality. This is Heru and Heru Khuti
  • Blue: Is typically linked to peace, tranquility, and wisdom. It’s seen as a soothing color that brings calm and understanding. This is Auset, Ma'at and Sekert
  • Green: Represents fertility, abundance, and growth. It’s a color that’s closely tied to nature and prosperity. This is Ausar, and Het Heru
  • Gold: Represent good health, power and wealth
  • Yellow: Is the color of joy, happiness, and intellect. It’s often associated with the sun and its life-giving energy. This is Het Heru, and Maat,
  • White: Stands for purity, innocence, and spirituality. It’s often used in waist beads that aim to bring peace and clarity. This is Ausar
  • Black: Is a powerful color that represents protection, power, and mystery. It’s often used in waist beads for protection against negative energy. This is the Symbol of the Ancestars/Sheps
  • Orange: Represents courage and vitality
  • Pink: Represents Care, beauty, love and spirituality
  • Purple: Represents royalty, wisdom, and spirituality
  • Brown: Represents earth and stability

A Quote that Eye hold dear to my consciousness is from Dr Amos Wilson, the Author of Blue Print for Black Power: in reference to Mentacide:

1. What Language Do You Speak?
2. What names do you call yourself?
3. What foods do you eat
4.What clothing do you wear?
5. Can you name 1Afrikan G0d?

Is is important that we practice our own cultural traditions. This is why Eye established Amen Ankh AKademy And BotaniKa
Eye Teach the Medu Neter,
Eye share KMT Readings, Naming and KMT ceremony,
Eye grow my own food and teach others how to grow their own foods.
Eye am an Artist and Maker, using recycled materials. I make Crochet, paint and make graphic art designs and motifs.
Eye venerate my Ancestry
